    The most recent update has what appears to be some of the programming titles, rather than which should be showing on the buttons e g *booster_select*, *fw_bannergold* , etc.

    I’ll be playing and all of a sudden the game just shuts off and I’m on my Home Screen. I go back into the game and have to start over. I’m so upset because I had one move left and it shut down. I tried playing again and it went back to my Home Screen. Fix this please! This is my favorite game! I’m on level 316!!!

  • Whale hunting Skinner box extraordinaire

    This is an extremely slick and well made Skinner box that was clearly designed to hunt for whales to get them to spend money too do better in the game. I strongly advise avoiding it despite the interesting storyline as it is full of manipulative and addictive mechanics designed to trap the user.

  • Frustrating “help”

    I am stuck on a level 65. There is no help article that can help me get past this level. The Netflix support sends you back to the beginning of the “help” section several times. Like the game but I am nearly ready to delete it.

  • Won’t advance past level 655

    I was really enjoying this game (the puzzle part. I don’t care about the building part) but in the last month it’s been stuck at level 655. I’ve beaten this level several times and it never advances.

  • Bad balance

    I guess once you get used to producing predatory pay to win gem matching games, you’ll forget how to properly balance your game for no microtransactions. At some point the progress comes to a screeching halt and the only way to progress is to brute force repeat same level over and over. No skill can progress you - just the increasingly more stingy random number generator.

    I’ll start by saying this is a really fun, well made (mostly) game. I’ve been playing it almost nonstop for months. Sometimes it’s really tricky to pass a level, but I like the challenge. However there’s a glitch on level 595, where there is one missing penguin. I’ve had it happen several times now, where there are no penguins left on the screen and I lose because I can’t do anything useful, sometimes with as many as ten moves left, so I don’t think it was ever going to show up either. It’s just super frustrating to get this far and not be able to proceed with the story or game in general. :(

  • Broken at level 595!

    I’ve been super enjoying this game but level 595 has a big bug. It says there is one more Penguin to bring down but there none left on the board! I have several screenshots because this has continued to happen every time I get to the end of this level! Very frustrating as I can’t get past this level.
