PLEASSEEEE KEEP IT!!!

So I used to use liveln in 2023 and I just got back to it. I can’t update my name or my profile picture for some reason. I’ve tried multiple times to reset the app and that doesn’t work!!!!! All the pictures and stuff on the app are grey and other users in the comments of posts ask things such as “Is anyone’s stuff not showing up?” Other people have this issue as well as me. 1 star until this bug can be fixed. Liveln PLEASE update and fix this bug! I would really like to use liveln again :(

app has been bugging out and won’t load pictures so i deleted the app and redownloaded it to maybe fix it and now I can’t log in to my account and it will not let me reset my password because it says the username does not exist even though it’s the right username and I know it is because I can see my account from my friends phone. 0/10 if you ever accidentally get logged out you won’t be able to get back in and there is not any other options to get back in.

Unfortunately since February 29th, 2024 this app has not allowed users to view the photos posted prior to the date stated above. I have no issue with an app not having support anymore, however many would agree that a warning definitely should have been issued. I have so many cherished memories with my partner exclusively on this app that i probably will never be able to access again. This is because the owners of LiveIn selfishly discontinued support of the app without a notice. I supported this app ever since I got it, even when they decided to use ads and promote other applications me and my partner stayed as committed users. We even reached a streak of over 400! Ever since the 29th this made me realize I should have never trusted an app outside the main social media platforms, or else I run the risk losing everything. It’s so sad to see all my photos be gone without a notice, I hope they owners realize what they’re doing. I’ve reached out to their support team, zoom, discord everything; and I’ve yet to see a reply. This is deeply concerning because prior to this incident LiveIn was a great app. Oh well.

my pictures wont load it’s just a gray box

I’m confused why the duet isn’t working. The right side doesn’t work for both of us sending it. I want it to be fixed because it’s a very cute idea. The app also completely stopped working. It only sends grey images and it has made all my old photos disappear. I can’t view anyone else’s moments either. I’m very disappointed my old moments were from years ago and now I can’t get them.

Great way to make a few friends

so i think the app may be bugged, i’ve had it for a while and recently just had to make a new account due to my old one being deleted (rosiedc) and i signed up but i can’t see any of my friends photos and everything is grey. not sure if it’s updating or what. pls fix this!
