I ordered a shirt and a pair of jeans 3 weeks ago, I was upset at how long it was taking so I asked for a refund and provided my order #, my request was ignored.
A few days later I sent a cancel my order email again. They responded by saying they couldn’t refund me because the item had shipped already.
Let that sink in.
