Evergreen: Relationship Growth

My boyfriend and i have been together for 6 months-ish. We found Evergreen and have been logging in everyday for at least the last month. We both talk about Evergreen on a daily basis. "Did you get on today and see what i wrote, did you see the answers i put, we did really good today, we answered all the same questions exactly the same".. etc.. etc.. ...But i think we both agree we wish we could do the daily quiz games without paying for a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription. I think personally you may get a lot more money if you let us do the quizzes for like .99 cents or something like that. Well anyways thanks for creating this app. I know for a fact it has helped our relationship immensely. I thank you wholeheartedly.

The quizzes are quick and fun, and my bf and I love this app. However once you finish the quizzes there’s no more and they’re all locked, not even a way to unlock them unless you pay. It’d be nice to have more of them or a way to unlock them

I signed up for what I thought was a free trial and was instantly charged $52.99 for a year, I had to go through apple to issue a refund and they did and it went through with my bank, the next day they withdrew the refund my premium account is canceled and I was charged another $52.99! Now after sending them pictures of everything they are completely ignoring me! Worst app and customer service ever!

My boyfriend and I used this app early in our relationship and it has provided methods for connecting and having conversations with the end goal as the focus. We don’t use it daily but make sure we get into in three times a week. The only feature I’d like to see is the modules that are just for you as a user can be shared with your partner so it could be another point of discussion.

Helping my relationship tremendously best app ever

I love doing quizzes with my partner and we have been having a lot of arguments lately. I told him I wanted to try couples therapy but neither of us have time. We are both inclined to think about our relationship with consideration for therapeutic practices as it is, so we were both down to get the app. We got hooked on doing the quizzes together, but we also have much needed discussions over the daily prompts. We've been using it for a week and can tell how much better we are communicating already. It's just what we needed and totally worth it if you need an extra push to bring your relationship to a higher level! Critiques: alphabetical organization to the quizzes would be nice, they are hard to search through. - I would like to be able to change the points I want to work on with my partner because I was asked in the beginning but I want to see what else the app has to offer. - I think it would be cool to see how many plants we have grown in a forest form.

(January 2024) I love how much I feel engaged with my partner when I use this app. It does a wonderful job at keeping the conversation going and getting my partner and I to explore ideas that we probably would take much longer to get to. I also appreciate that I learn just how much — and how little — I know my partner, and what areas have the most new ground in. The secondary quiz games are a great part of the app as well! They remind me of a more purposeful version of Buzzfeed quizzes, and they’re a very fun way for my partner and I to test each other’s knowledge about each other, and consider new topics out of our comfort zone. My biggest criticism is that I think there may be some benefit to reworking which parts of the app are premium, and which parts are available for free. If it was up to me, I would keep the daily and weekly check-ins entirely available for free, and lock the games and list entirely behind premium. I’ve shared this app with a few friends of mine who are in relationships of their own, and it’s a huge hit! I didn’t believe how quickly they turned it into playful competition, and I could feel the warmness between each of them that was growing as they talked to each other about their check-ins and quiz results. This app is a wonderful addition to my daily routine, and adds to my motivation each morning to get out of bed. I highly encourage everyone it suits to try it out! (April 2024) I have some new feedback. My social circle is global, and that highlights the one problem I have with this app now that I’ve experienced most of its content. This app is primarily for US users. Food, culture, location, and media references are all related to the US. There is nothing wrong with this as part of the apps operating model or scope, but with even my current partner not being from the US, this can sometimes make the results of quiz games we play rather nonsensical. My recommendation for the developers going forward is that offering a tailored experience based on the country the users are from may improve the experience and potentially expand the user base! I understand this would likely require some international consultations, but an app like this can benefit relationships no matter where the people are from!

My husband and I just started using Evergreen. We are enjoying the short lessons and games. We have been married 38+ years and had our share of problems. This is a low risk way to connect with each other. Worth the cost and time!

It doesn’t matter if you’re in a good place or a bad place as a relationship, this app is something I thoroughly believe all couples should use. The daily prompts have, on more than one occasion, sparked very necessary conversations that my bf and I were unaware we weren’t having. The daily prompts have been beneficial for serious subjects as well as lighthearted ones, no matter the place we’ve been in, coming into evergreen every day feels like a treat rather than a chore. It’s meaningful that my bf goes on his own without me having to remind him. I look forward to seeing what questions or quizzes we’ll be answering, the daily quotes, weekly check-ins; there’s even a “bucket list” of sorts you get to craft as a couple of things you want to do together. Couldn’t give this app higher praise, and genuinely wish the creators did an individual mental health app as well. Worth the subscription I might add, 10/10
