    Much like everyone else that has written recent reviews I loved this game and have been playing for years but now all my progress is lost and it’s asking me to start a new account. I’ve spent real money to advance in this game just for my progress to be lost over night

    I was well into the 4,000’s level. Contacted costumer service 3 times to no avail. Be aware if downloading this game!

  • Lost All Progress and Costumes After Update

    I updated today and tall of my progress and costumes were deleted, and it had me starting the game all over from Level 1. I have spent a lot of money and was on Level 2222 and now it’s all gone. Trash update, and now a useless, deleted trash game. Response to developer…I already set a request through settings to customer support. And they asked for a receipt. Absolute more developers

  • Don’t sign in and won’t save until you do

    I liked this game until you guys started making us sign in and if we choose not to and play as guest it won’t save our data but now that makes me hate the game if you don’t change that I will delete this game and won’t waste my time with it.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    enjoy this because the puzzles are not time based and you can think about what moves to make and be more strategic about your resources and using the right power-up at the best time

    I really like this game- there are a lot of fun side quests and it was fairly easy to win them. I had to add boosts or play a little longer to stay ahead but after the update it’s clear I’m playing against bots. There’s no way I’m playing real players who can get so many points in such a small amount of time that I would need to spend some serious cash just to keep up. When I stop, their points don’t go up either and when I play again they do. It makes it no longer fun since I will never win anymore. I liked the older version of the game better. And, after the update, all my pop mates were deleted and I had to add new ones again. I contacted the devs and was asked to reinstall the app to fix the glitch.

  • Update zeroed out all game progress and purchased items

    I checked my purchase history and I spent over $200 in 2023 just on this game. It was clearly stated that all progress and paid items would transfer with the new update but that was either a lie or a complete failure by the game developers. Support is not responding so I have very little confidence his will be fixed. Update 4/9: I have been in contact with support and they were able to restore my account via Apple after I provided them with receipts of recent purchases. 3 stars because I absolutely love this game but 2 stars off because of the inconvenience of the update.

  • I lost all my progress for a 2nd time

    This also happened a few years back when I lost all my progress. All the funds I had put into the game, all the costumes, all the levels I had maxed out. Just gone. But I thought whatever it’s fine I’ll just restart. IT HAPPENED AGAIN… come on you guys… all the funds, all the levels, all the costumes. This was my favorite unwind game but clearly it’s not worth the headache. And no, you will not get your stuff back!

  • Can’t access my account anymore

    I really like this game and was at level past 1000 but then they had the data transfer and when I try to sign in with my Google account, which is the account I synced to the game originally, I could not sign back in it kept glitching I would click the sign in option over and over again with no results. I’ve looked up solutions online and everything and they just don’t work. I EVEN DELETED THE ENTIRE GAME FROM OFF MY PHONE! The update messed up this entire game for me and judging off of other reviews I’m not the only annoyed person. What were the Devs thinking? Their responses to some of these weren’t even that helpful considering costumer support isn’t even responding! And don’t give me any of that delete stuff off my phone junk either, THERE ARENT VERY MANY APPS ON MY PHONE, the problem isn’t us, it’s the game and the Devs. (UPDATE: ok I can login again but it only took me deleting and reinstalling the app 3 times!!!!)

    Like others, my whole game was wiped. I’m not starting over, who knows if it will happen again! So disappointing
