I love this app but when I got a new phone and logged in with my Apple ID the same way I did, all my stuff was gone except my subscription. My name was different and it was strange, I contacted customer support but no one helped me, please help me!
  • Unusable - No privacy

You can’t even log in unless you allow the app to track everything you do on your phone. Disgusting and embarrassing.
  • Crazy useful, but sometimes annoying

This app was quite helpful, we didn’t have to constantly write and erase inventory items and hit points and money and such on a piece of paper. You can access spells, monsters, and items with filters and overall the system was excellent. The problem is feats. DND beyond only lets you add feats and subclasses from the guidebooks if you own those said guidebooks’ digital edition in the app. I don’t want to spend $30 just to be able to get access to the feats I already know. This means I resorted to going back to paper to write them down. Many people have this problem to. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 🙏 let us get the digital volumes for free if we already own the physical versions. I NEED MORE THAN ONE SUBCLASS OPTION FOR MY CHARACTERS!! Other than that the app is amazing. If you need a stat app for dnd, Beyond should your number 1 go-to. 👍
  • Really bad customer service

Customer service is terrible. Send an email and they send a bland response saying they need some thing and just keep the email chain going until you give up. NICO was one one “helping” me and was horrible. Just gave up after the 7th email asking for help.

An amazing app that I wish did not cost money to use books

I love having an offline-capable D&D players app. As well as a DM quick view of players in a campaign! I also appreciate the continued TLC DDB is giving to the app.
  • It’s pretty ok

It’s alright I just wish you didn’t have to pay in order to use other races in classes besides the few you start out with but otherwise does just fine
  • Visually impaired people

For the most part, the D&D Beyond app is not too bad, but for somebody that is visually impaired there is some voiceover issues with the app and things that are kind of clunky like trying to switch pages with voiceover in the app when you were in a book is very difficult and sometimes when you try to go back a page, it takes you completely out of the book and you have to start over
  • Latest iPad update replaced the library with a “home” page

Okay, c’mon y’all—I’ve given you over a thousand dollars for digital content and currently pay for your most expensive subscription and yet now: - Every time I open the app the first page I see is 50% filled with ads. This just feels embarrassing. At least drop this for master tier. I’ve already demonstrated that I’m going to buy just about everything—stop nagging me! - There is no direct link to the library at the bottom anymore. The books I “own” feel buried by the navigation. - Information density is really bad: half of a page of the home screen is characters, yet it only displays three and each has only five items of information (name, level, class, race, campaign) **on half an iPad screen!** A quarter of a screen is dedicated to my campaigns and yet only fits two, and they only have four pieces of information each (name, role, created date, number of players). This was potentially a good idea marred by dozens of papercuts. DMs need easier access to stuff—having a place to organize relevant contextual groups of things would be incredible! But this new home page is not that. In practice it’s just an terrible waste of a screen. I’m all in favor of you all continuing to update the design of the app—but this is half-baked. I know you can do better!

This application is the application of all applications. I apply it to my every application of life and it saved my mom from cancer and it brought back my dead dog and it reunited me and my divorced wife and it cured my dad of the common cold and it gave me free money and it took my dog for a walk without me asking it to
