No face ID, so you are constantly re-entering your username and password. The fields do not auto-populate, so you will have to go through it painstakingly. If you forget PW, you will have to reenter all fields until you get it (over and over). If you need to reset PW, it will send you a code, which you will enter, then self-populate all fields, but if you don’t select a password that the system will accept, it will make you REENTER everything again. It’s functionality could be improved easily, but it has been like this for years. I abandon a lot of orders because I can’t deal with the username/PW every time.
