Overall a very useful help, but it just needs improvement here & there. With all the bugs I encountered and a not very helpful search engine for the food vendors. Also, tracking real time of the driver’s current location would be very beneficial. Welldone gomamam.

First of all, loving the new UI. Very pleasing to the eyes and easy to use! Functionality, it works as intended but there’s bugs here and there. - When searching for vendor sometimes in doesnt shows up in the results although it is available in the home menu (upon scrolling) - Not even 5 mins into the app, I notice my phone (Iphone 11 Pro) is getting hotter and battery drains by 2 - 5% and its only been 5 minutes!!! - I also experience the app crashing after adding a menu to cart and etc - phone vibrates everytime I press any buttons/menu (if its intended, please create a settings to disable it) Overall, GoMamam is great as it works as intended. But please fix the issues above ASAP! Although theres more bugs but I’m only gonna mention the above as this are the common ones that I face. Assalammualaikum and have a nice day 😃

Report regarding crash app, auto force closed app and took time to load

Its a good app , its fast on deliveries but sometimes the app is very laggy

Terrible service - takes 2++ hours to deliver with no status updates from the operator.

App is good tbh. Sometimes it’s a bit wonky coz when I searched for certain business it’s js say no business available (or something along that line), but then I scrolled down and there the business is. Also don’t like how I browse through one business and go back ia te reset balik to the top of the list. Had to scroll down lagi and tunggu ia load apa, sudahtah internet ani lagging 24/7. But what gets me the most is the delivery time. Rush hour kah inda, selalu betebiat. “Utmost priority to maintain the quality of your orders…” 3 hours of waiting for orders to be picked up from the business and no drivers assigned, no message asking if I’m okay with the delays or whatnots, nyaman tah masih makanan & minuman ku tu? 🙄 I tried to be understanding but after tens of orders with no improvements, bah sudah tah. That was the last straw. Never again, gomamam. Edit: Ok so rupanya kalau mau delivery laju, mesti bagi tips. Ada urg atu mengakun kalau nada tips, kana lambat2kan delivery. Mcm hello, apatah gunanya delivery fee atu? Dulu atu aku selalu bagi tips jua, nada jua pandai laju deliverynya. Bangang.

I’ve only used this app a handful of times. Terrible timing, for both busy and not so busy times. The drivers dropping orders midway, after waiting for an hour+. The food of course being cold after long waits. Rude drivers, refusing to enter house compounds or even exit their cars. Tl:dr, you have a car? Better just go get it yourself. I know, crazy right? But believe me, the disadvantages weighs out the good. I’m uninstalling this app for good.

Stupid app, it does not allow people to cancel order. I had to pay double my bill. I hope the money you get will bring your company misfortune
