Southwest Airlines flights are not supported with this app. I emailed customer support for help and got no response(twice). Paying for an entire year subscription was a waste of money.

I just can’t overstate how much this app helped me to fight my fear and anxiety! Omg i think I can say that I enjoyed flying again since long time ago !!! It literally answered all my questions, straightened up my misunderstandings of the processes and just added so much to my knowledge of all the stages of a flight. it all just simply made sense and felt freaking good - I can’t believe it . Last time on a plane I was crying during the take off. This time I knew everything was alright . The language they use on the app, the jokes, the facts , even calming exercises are just on point. I was following each stage of our flight with a specific section on the app and felt like a pro!!(ones again : after crying like a baby last time !!) Also first I read all the “what ifs” and this on its own made me realize just how silly some of my fears are . Again : so informative , so funny , so on point !!!!!! Thank you , sincerely for those who just made my life easier ( now I tearing up from happiness )

Was hopeful for this app but it was a big disappointment and a waste of money. Videos don’t load, flight info never loads.

Crashes whenever I try to track a flight. That’s the main feature of the app, so yeah, I canceled my subscription.
