    When i started doordash, i held 5 stars and 100% positive reviews for several weeks, until i randomly got a 1 star review. I had no idea where this came from, as i had never failed to deliver an order or follow directions on the app. Yet someone just randomly gave me one star. Rhis ultimately killed my “career” in doordash. I was put down to 4.1%, losing my top dasher status (4.2%) and it was nearly impossible to get it back up since many customers dont rate drivers at all. Losing the top dasher status means i would get far less orders, for far less money. Which was not feasible at all. I have been a delivery driver for a corporation for a few months now, and occasionally we can send orders to doordash if we do not have enough drivers. Around 50% of the time our customers call back complaining that the doordash drivers were rude, didnt follow directions, or flat out stole the delivery. And since we sent the order to doordash, the customer can’t see updates or have the ability to report a driver. The lack of accountability on the driver and customer side is absolutely astounding and unacceptable. One of the laziest apps of the last decade and i hope to see it shut down soon.

    Don’t read the reviews,it’s all lie and that’s door dash itself writing a review for more people to fall in there believe me I’m doing door dash 7 days a week and my max pay is $ 400 for 12 hours a day

    disgusting support service. I worked for a long time and at one point the opportunity to work was removed and they said (there are no vacancies in your area). How can you rely on this company?!

    Hartwell Georgia zone will not show up unless I am in the zone. It doesn’t exist unless I am in the zone. I can’t even schedule! I have it selected to show available shifts, but that won’t show up unless I am in the zone. I have done all the tips and tricks to fix it and nothing works. Frustrating! Please fix this! Doordash support is not helpful. Apparently App support is the same as Doordash support with is useless. I love dashing but I need help with this issue and there is none.

    I was deactivated due to an internal error. They tried to hack my account every month. As a result, it was easier for Dordash to close my account than to solve my problem.
