    I’ve tried a few different workout apps and I really really love this one. I pay for the yearly membership and I have yet to find a reason it’s not worth it. I love that it feels like everything is customizable and they have tons of workouts and machine options - it should for the most part have everything you need. You can set the weight to automatically Increase along with the rep count. Or you can turn that feature off and go at your own pace. Customizable break time, weights, reps, sets. It also shows you the motion of the workout so you can see how to correctly do the workout - along with showing you what muscles it works out. Also shows the %’s of each muscle you’re working out. I recommend downloading this app and giving it a chance. I don’t know if I’ll use another app!

    I have tried a lot of work out apps and I have really enjoyed using this one. I’ve lost over 30 pounds and anytime I have a questions that I need answers to their very quick to respond to my questions and even help me with diet tips that aren’t available in the app. I don’t see myself paying for any other apps as this one does everything that I need.
  • Was charged but not given access to plan

    I had taken a monthly subscription plan and after the first month it was auto renewed. My iOS App Store and bank account have clear proof that I was charged. However, the app asks me to “join again” and does not give me access to the plan that I already paid for. Their customer service is not good at all. Firstly, the contact us option through the app was not working. So I emailed them separately, and have been going back and forth for days and have shared all screenshots from my side but they keep sending the same auto typed messages again. Very frustrating and unfair experience.

    Can you please fix the “app locks up and crashes” feature when choosing an alternative? It’s so annoying because it locks my whole phone up and the app takes forever to load after it crashes. Also, when I remove equipment or ‘exclude forever’ it still shows up on rotations…hence why I’m choosing an alternative. Other than that, you have a good selection and generated workouts. I’d update a few more workouts into the mix, they get a little repetitive after a few rotations and I have to get creative.

    I wish it was a little cheaper, and that we have the option to rate from one to five on how difficult each set of 4 was. It pumps up the difficulty when I still feel the need to get adjusted to the previous weight. Still five stars because I think the app is awesome and it’s recharged my drive to go to the gym daily again as I’m not repeating the same workouts over and over again 💪🏻

    I think this is the worst workout app I’ve ever used. It gives you the macros, but no way to track it. It asks what kind of equipment you have, and it disregards completely for the workouts suggested. 100% not worth it!

    I have been using this app for 2 sessions. More and more, I feel it is easy to use. And it greatly reduced the loneliness of being in the gym alone. My suggestions are whether the app could influence warm up and stretching section, making it a whole excercise experience. If so, it will be much more appealing

    Update: developer responded here below for refund which was also a big lie to make the impression for the readers that they take care of customers. Liars and scammers. Do not download. I used the 3 days trial period and they charged me instantly. I uninstalled the app immediately and asked for a refund. Apple does not refund. I will dispute this transaction over my bank.

    I thought I might like this app but as someone who has a medium amount of lifting experience this app is comically bad. First and foremost this is an algorithm not an AI. I’m not sure what I was expecting but this app takes your parameters you set in the beginning and spits out random exercises and weights based on muscle groups with no regard to muscle fatigue, experience, or virtually anything else. For example, my chest day consisted of 35lb chest press, 45lb incline press and 35lb lying chest fly all high rep so 4 sets. Maybe if your Chris Bumstead you can fly that much but not me. This kind of example repeats itself throughout other muscle groups as well. When you first set up the app it gives you a macro and calorie goal to strive for as you set up your work out program but then it seemingly deletes all that once you pay because I can’t find that anywhere on the app and I had to manually set up my workout program. This app doesn’t even do the AI part right, if I move up on weight one week, the next it will just put me back to my old weight plus two reps. It has no concept of muscle fatigue if your crunching out heavy sets and fatiguing dropping reps, dropping weight it will NOT take any consideration for this. The next exercise will have full weight and full rep counts. This app might be for you despite all this but really only if you have the upmost minimal experience in the gym. If you need someone to show you proper form and keep you on pace then sure it does that. If you need a rep or workout tracker I feel like there is likely a free option that is better. All in all, would not recommend except for beginners and even then your likely to outgrow its usefulness in 3 months time.
