    It’s true! I love Artful Agenda. It replaces my paper planner, iCalendar and Outlook Calendar! Better than that, it merges all of them together!!! It also shows up on all my devices. It is web based, so that is a downfall in my rural communities when I’m out working, but I can prepare for that situation. I tried the pdf journals, but those didn’t going to work for me with no merging and the copy & paste from daily, then to weekly, then to yearly… What a pain! Artful Agenda is way easier to flip through too! I wish I would have found it earlier! Thank goodness I found it on social media.

    I was on the fence about this app in the beginning. To be honest, I went back and forth with it. Now that I have it, I absolutely love it. It does everything I need. There are a few things I would like to see added into the app like seeing my schedule in 24 hour format. I’m prior service and still use it (this is a personal preference), be able to scribble to text, zoom in, and be able to change and add colors for events easier than adding the color codes. Other than those super minor things, this app is wonderful! Joining the Facebook group is also very helpful.

    I’ve been an Artful Agenda user for at least 3 years now and I love it! They’re constantly taking user feedback to release new features, and I love that I can color code it and it syncs well on my phone, iPad, and computer.

    This doesn't sync immediately between devices using the app, and it doesn't sync immediately with ical. I tried repeatedly to delete an item, and it took 5 tries before it worked. Wish there was a way to write lines of text. Everything is designed to be bullet points. This is so close to being what I'm looking for!

    Prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase after trial period. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. I just checked and I got charged $44.95 and it expires April 5, 2025. Not happy at all.

    This is everything I was looking for in a digital planner! It’s seriously perfect, or will be when the alarms are added. BUT the price is too high. On top of the $45 price per year I don’t even have access to everything. I have to pay more for certain wallpaper?! And there’s a plus option with more features… I’ll be cancelling the free trial. But I will keep an eye on this and purchase if they adjust their pricing. It’s just too much and I’m offended they want an additional fee for certain wallpapers and whatever the features of plus are. I might pay the extra if it was designed by Anna Rifle Bond. Designer series papers would be fun. But what your offering feels gimmicky. I’ll have to stick with my paper planner for now.

  • Why “free” app if not free?

    I don’t understand why the app would be free if you have to pay for it, there’s no way around it. You have to pay for it. It’s not even a free version and a premium version. It’s just straight you pay for it and the reviews saying that they were charged anyways for the “free” trial make me suggest not trusting it. Personally, I’m not for paying for a digital planner because I can’t stick to a planner to begin with which is why I prefer digital planners that have a free version and a premium version.

    Truly enjoy and appreciate this app. Sinks easily with my other calendars - allowing them to all be in one place. Love being able to create task and list. Tasks not completed can automatically roll over to the next day. It helps me stay focused and organized. Love the habit tracker, stickers.

    I have purchased paper planners yearly sometimes more than one trying to find the best way to organize my calendar. Artful Agenda is the answer. I started about 8 months ago and I love it. It keeps getting better.
