Tried to save a category and the app just gets stuck on ‘one moment please’ and have to close out. When reopen my changes are not there.
  • Not able to sync and website is a mess

Perhaps because I’m using a free account, I am unable to sync between devices. Also, the website now duplicates every recipe each time I log in. So I have 6 copies of each recipe.
  • My go-to app for recipes.

I use this app every day! One little thing I wish the developers would fix is the ability to copy-paste for the recipe's picture. For recipes you have to manually add, you have to screenshot, then edit and crop, save to photos, then go back to the recipe and then add from the photo library...too many steps when copy-paste would work. Other than that, it is GREAT!

I just downloaded this and have saved a couple of my favorite recipes. I am SO excited!! I haven’t actually “used” the app to its fullest yet but so far it looks to be exactly what I was looking for. A place to keep all of the recipes I love that can be accessed with the push of a button.... right at my fingertips, complete with a picture to easily identify! 🤗
  • great app! a couple bugs but otherwise awesome.

    By Doodlecupcake22
I’ve used this app for a couple of months now, both on my phone and iPad, and I love it! my only ish (and the things keeping it from five stars) are that there are (in the current version) a couple bugs, and there are a couple quality-of-life updates I’d like to see: bugs: the main thing for me is that, if you import a recipe from a website (which is my primary method of adding recipes), the “notes” or “recipe description” section has a bug. every time I go to edit the details of the recipe, it pastes the original recipe description in that field again, so before long, the recipe description will just list a looong text box that contains the same text over and over. oof! updates: in the iPad app, it would be awesome to be able to scroll through the recipe without scrolling down the list of ingredients, and vice versa. or, it could be even cooler to be able to pin sections of ingredients to sections of a recipe, so the ingredients in, say, the pie crust you’re making only appear when you’re looking at the directions for making the pie crust, and the ingredients for the pie filling only appear when you’re looking at the directions for the pie filling. I’d also love to be able to do more RTF in editing recipes. if I’m outlining multiple sections of a recipe, basic RTF can make it way easier to discern one section from another.
  • Love this app.

This is the first and only recipe app for me. I love how easy it is to use. Adding manually or via URL is a cinch. I like the grocery list too. Very easy to use.
  • Amazing App!!

It’s so easy and imports everything perfectly even with the picture! Why didn’t I do this sooner?!
  • Cannot share my recipes with family.

Purchased this app and hoped to share all my recipes with my husband on his iPad. It doesn’t work. I have to share each recipe individually.
  • Don’t waste your money!

Purchased app hoping it would work similar to an app I had purchased in the past with the same name. No tutorial to help you get started, sent an email to support the only response I got was they were looking into it. It’s been almost 2 weeks I hold out little hope of ever hearing from them. Wish I could get my money back. Maybe their customer support should take their job seriously.
  • I LOVE this app

    By Eli92
I have been using this app for the past several months anf recently upgraded to the paid version. I almost never do that. I have found the app to be super-convenient as it helps me both organize my existing recipes as well as find new ones. The pandemic has given me a lot of time to explore my instant pot and Recipe Box has made that an easy adventure. I get suggestions for recipes all the time and the iPhone allows me to save them in a clear and easy to use format in just a couple of clicks. Try it. You'll like it!
