App Crashes and Doesn’t Work

App crashes every time I open it. I’ve tried to reinstall multiple times. Is everyone having this issue? If not, how do you fix?!

As soon as I login to the app to sync, it immediately makes me reload and when I click that is crashes the app. I then can’t open the app so I have to delete it and redownload, I have tried this multiple times and it happens every time. I went through the long integration to just get my email changed on my EA account to find out this app doesn’t even work. I am very disappointed in how hard EA has fallen, every year it gets worse and worse. A 39 billion dollar company can’t put together a simple companion app, very upsetting.

You can view you stuff but that’s it. All features that would make a change to your team / items give an error message.

This game keeps crashing after log in! Create a whole new app you make millions off the game and ut. Have your guys put some time into this app and it could be a really great thing. Definitely a lot of potential hopefully you can actually do something

The app has not functioned since I downloaded it the other. Keeps giving me an error message saying “whoops, something went wrong” Great app when functions.
