    Easy to track your carbs, great recipes, scan at the store to make sure you are buying low carb foods. Being an individual with type 2 diabetes, this tracker has helped me lose 40 lbs. since 01/01/21. My doctor just reviewed my recent blood work and he removed one of my medications, and reduced the dosage on the others. I recommend.
