    I’d give no stars if it would let me. I missed my trial cutoff by a day as it was Christmas Eve and I was swamped. I found the app useless and I’m out $40! If you want to use your money wisely- go to Beachbody On Demand. You will get thousands of different workouts at the same price for a 3 month period. BOD is well worth the money and support!

    Overall, I would say that I love using this app and it’s worth the price (which isn’t even a lot to be honest). I use this app daily, for the programs or for the individual workouts and it helps keep me organized and motivated. I started with the 7-day trial and upgraded to the yearly subscription bc I loved it that much. I also love that Tammy frequently updates the app with new workouts and she really does listen to user feedback. Steph R.

    I’m only a week in but I really like it. The workouts are simple and easy but can be tough if wanted. The only glitch I have is that sometimes the video won’t load while switching workouts.

    I love this app!! I’m happy with it overall!! I love that there’s gym workouts as well as for home. I am no pro, but I am somewhat familiar after personal training in the past. My only issue, isnt with the all, it’s within myself to get off my butt and DO them!! But when I do, I absolutely love it!! I can feel the results immediately, and it’s just the right amount that I don’t feel like I can’t move for days. I enjoy the meal plans, I just have to switch it up for myself. Once I hit Tammy’s level, maybe I can eat that much bc I’ll need to, but right now my metabolism is too slow to consume it. I would however love to see helpful articles or information on how to boost your metabolism and any supplements that are necessary for optimal performance.

    I’ve been wanting this app since FOREVER!! and i finally caved in and got it. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Soooo many program and exercises and a good variety for food options. My only concerns are I forgot to click “workout done” so it thinks i’m on day 2 when i’m on 3... Also it’s not showing me the number of reps i should be doing. It’s blank. And the whistle doesn’t go off after every stretch (idk if it’s my phone but it only worked 1 time out of the stretches). Other than that I really love this app and sooo worth the money. I’m already seeing a little results and i’m only on week 2 😊

    This is my first week using the app, and as someone that played sports all of high school, but hasn’t exercised in almost three years, I love it! It is very motivating and the work outs are hard enough that they remind me of when I used to be in shape. I also really LOVE the meal plans because I never knew how to eat healthy before this. Just the first week alone has some really new and interesting recipes I’ve never tried before. I will say I don’t think the grocery list is 100% accurate to the meal plan of the week. For example I ran out of chicken on the first day without know I needed chicken throughout the entire week. Same with the bell peppers and avocados. And the Friday dinner on the first week of the standard meal plan calls for tilapia, but there isn’t even tilapia on the grocery list. Not a deal breaker though because I’m currently eating healthier than I have in years. Lastly, I would suggest a better layout of the workout section because I feel like I can get lost in the design of where all the work outs are listed

    I have tried it all. After my second child my body went through some thanggggs hunny and lemme tell you, I felt like crap. I got up to 188. I am now down to 149! No bs. I’m loving the standard plan and the at home workouts so much I left the gym membership behind. Nothing my weights and bootyband can’t handle💪🏼 From the bottom of my heart. Thankyou Tammy for giving this single mama her life back! 💕 All hail the bodysculpting Queen cause this butt is something serious now. Even women look at my butt. Which is definitely saying something. Lol

    not sure where i’d be without this app guiding me through workouts while home and on the road. always appreciate the video of the queen showing us how it’s done for each exercise. can’t wait for what’s to come this year!!
