    They have a bunch of spammy popups in their app. The popups show over their bottom navigation! Not professional! Plus most of their 5 star reviews are fake!!! They nor Apple will do anything about it. Suspect business.

    I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment program. Unfortunately for me, I invested 60,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 240,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But I didn’t realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency funds with the help of Probesthacker at Gmail So I file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds withing 1 weeks I feel indebted to him. Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam to reach out to Probesthacker via gmail well wishes

    Hard to use and constantly trying to sell me something with annoying pop ups. Hate it. Get Coinbase or even Robinhood. And look out for lots of fake reviews.

  • Drowning in Fees and Silence: My Crypto.com Experience

    I’ve been using Crypto.com for over a year and there service just gets worse and worse. They are so desperate for people to invest into there coin that they keep marketing there campaign every time you login or out of the app. They must be hurting if it’s that frequent they need to tell you. But more about my experience… First off, every time you make a trade or do something with your crypto, they charge you a lot of money. It was way more than I expected, and it ends up eating into the money all of the money I made. They make much more than we do. But the worst part has to be their customer service. It's pretty much a nightmare. There were a few times I needed help with something, and I had to wait forever just to get a reply. And when they finally did get back to me, if I didn’t answer super quickly, they would just close my issue as if it was solved, and I had to start all over again. It's super frustrating. Honestly, I thought Crypto.com would be the best place to trade and handle cryptocurrencies, but it's been the opposite. They charge too much, and their customer service is so bad it's almost like they don't care. From what I've seen, it's one of the worst platforms out there for crypto. My advice? Look around for something better; there’s a lot out there like Coinbase, Bitrue, eToro, etc. All of which are better options than this. I just gave up on Crypto.com.
