    Several times I haven’t gotten to use my reward. Today a clerk scanned the barcode in this app for my “reward” and I was charged for it anyway. The barcode for a coupon was also scanned and it got applied to everything. The clerk offered an in store “gift” to my Mom that wasn’t offered to me, and I spent 2x as much. Another in store offer in this app wasn’t available, so I gave up buying an item. Btw, last Christmas I went to a store and was told an item couldn’t be sold because it wasn’t supposed to be in the store. Get it together BBW or I will be deleting this stupid app. It’s telling me the points for the reward that I didn’t receive today is expiring tomorrow. Do you expect customers to put up with this? I want more than the 16.95 item at this point. I don’t care if I ever go to BBW again.

    What happened to Sea Island Cotton (formerly Cotton Blossom)? I’ so upset that you no longer have in your lineup. I’m also looking to get Cherry Blossom (original, not Japanese CB). These two are my favorite scents and I’m unable to get them while I used to buy multiple supplies. Do you have an outlet store?
