    This game keeps freezing. I hope the new up-date stops that. I’ve been frozen for 2 days now. This gets very frustrating. All the years I have played that never happened. Why now? Please, please, fix

  • What happened to player skill levels

    I’ve been playing this game for years and I’ve always determined whether to join a game by the skill level that a player is at. If someone is at a level 24, it’s very annoying to accept a new game from someone very new who is at level 1. There is no challenge and I almost feel bad if the score is 50 to 437. That makes no sense at all and I think keeping the level that the player is at on their profile badge, it would make the game more enjoyable for all involved, as people would have the ability to request a new game from a player who is at a similar skill level as themselves.

    I don’t know what happened, but this wwf version that came about 2-3 weeks ago is awful! I’ve updated it but the app continues to have problems. It has so many bugs that I want to quit playing, but it’s one of my favorite games! Please please fix it!

    I have been playing for 10 years. Have loved this game. New update is buggier than heck. Zynga knows this but won’t fix it. Not sure how much longer I will be playing.

    A lot of the bugs have been fixed but many still remain. When I started playing there were few bugs but now they never get fixed.

  • Constant Royal match ad may be a virus

    The Royal match ad is by far the worst part of the game. It forces you to click on a link that takes you to the App Store in order to close the ad. As an adult I would NEVER play this game, the constant pop up forces me to stop playing words just to get rid of it. Also the game provides very small rewards. You can play and win several games and only get ONE coin. It’s not worth it.

    I don’t like the new update. It’s too slow, it’s not fully giving out the rewards. Plus some of the sounds have been deleted. This is the worst update I have ever experienced. Needs to go back to the old format.😡😡😡

    I have won, gotten first place in the leaderboard and never received any of the prizes. It’s a little frustrating knowing I’m owed some tokens lol. Also..so. many. ads.

    The game is slower, gives inaccurate goals achieved and honestly makes me want to play less. Have been a very active player for over 10 years now I don’t understand how the developers could roll this out. Have to constantly shut down the game as well after beating a solo round. Not a well thought out plan
