Very stingy application in informative terms. I don't know why I gave that kind of money. Pure divorce.

  • clean, elegant app; a few small issues

    By capncuddles420
im starting with my biggest complaint because it’s really lazy design work: the weather icons are exceedingly ugly in the light mode home screen widgets. they have ugly white borders around them like they were quickly copied-pasted from a jpg in photoshop. and the “outlines” icons barely show up at all (i use those in dark mode on my iphone x and they look great). this would be such a quick fix, please make them look nicer. i rely heavily on the widgets on both ipad and iphone to get my weather (the main reason i left wunderground actually was that they killed the widgets) anyways. i switched to weather up after twc destroyed weather underground. all in all im a big fan. it packs a lot of information into a tight, clean, elegant interface. but it is missing a lot of useful info that wunderground had. things like air quality and UV index would be really nice to have. more importantly, the weather icons that give the day’s weather in a quick graphic summary do a very poor job of representing that day’s actual weather. it’s been raining where i live, and ive noticed that if any rain is predicted at all on a given day, weather up will put a “raining” icon on that day—even if it’s only a 40% chance of rain part of the day and sunny the rest. that makes it seem like it’s going to be a long day of rain, when in fact it might just be sunny all day. i get that you might want to highlight the chance of rain, but you already give the chance as a percentage right below the icon. just make the icons reflect the average weather across the next 24 hours. that would make them much more useful. otherwise very good app with good weather forecasts, a nice interface and a surprisingly high degree of customizability

I literally depend on this weather site to plan all my outdoor activities from gardening to that fishing trip. Helps prep air me for each day. I have grown to depend on this weather site daily.

    Not super high tech explanations.
  • No Apple Watch support...?

    By One2thTEXAN
Kinda confused why a beautiful app like this has no support for the Apple Watch. I definitely should’ve done my homework before paying $35 for a lifetime subscription.

You guys used to be spot on! I guess it started 4 or five months ago you can’t seem to get the wind speed right, at least for me here in Raleigh, NC 27612. Granted I suppose the wind may be hardest to predict. Other than that, you’re good. Bill
  • Great app! A few suggestions

    By Lightsout565
A few suggestions from an extensive user of weather apps. 1. Default view option - let us choose to have the entire city table view or a specific city/current location load first 2. Auto play radar option - not sure if this would incur additional chargers from the weather provider of choice, but Weather Line auto loads this. 3. Default zoom level for city view - See Carrot Weather’s various options 4. (Relative) Humidity vs. Dew point - Let us set this in the options. It’s called relative humidity for a reason, because it’s depended on the temperature. Dew is my preferred method of letting me know how humid/dry it is outside.
