Its a cool idea but you have to pay to wave “hi Barbie! 👋🏻” and not knowing anything or just about anyone unless you pay for it - including using filters that would find people more like yourself. 👎🏻

Got a notification to do a free trial for their Peanut Plus so I took a chance. They ended up charging me the $24 fee anyway. You end up running out of swipes after a while so it gets harder to connect with other moms so you have to find other ways on the app than what it was originally intended. Just highly disappointed for this mom driven app that’s ended up just like Tinder in a way, money driven (pay to access) and difficult to navigate.

The app is a good app. Not hating on the app. But other moms opinions and being rude to other moms or new expectant moms is where I deleted it. People are rude.

They have sent me the SAME message to join their MVP program EVERY. DAY. All week now, no matter how many time I say I’m not interested. “No” is a complete sentence. LEAVE ME ALONE. And the app itself? Mediocre.

I’ve found my whole village and my friends! My people and tbh thought I was gonna be lonely because my friends aren’t in mother hood! But meeting moms or even just talking to them to best thing ever! Keeps me from feeling lonely

I tried this app out and I’m disturbed. The community of women here air out their dirty laundry with malice. Not to mention some of the women are judgmental and toxic. Some of the messy posts re unnecessary. I was looking to meet some moms for play dates but im good. The app also needs some work. It was easy to navigate but could be better in regards of function. I overall find it interesting how women can be all for feminism and power of choice but yet can also be sooo toxic and judgmental. I dont need to be part of this app community. Its not healthy.

I usually don’t do reviews for apps but I love this app so much I just had to! I have been a stay-at-home mom since my daughter was born in 2019. I never had any mom friends and then when COVID hit, I found felt even more isolated and lonely. I knew there had to be some way to meet mom friends in my area. I literally searched “mom friends” in the App Store and that’s when I discovered Peanut! I downloaded the app and right away connected with several moms in my area with kids the same age as my daughter! I was ecstatic to have found such an awesome way to connect with other moms living so close to me with similar interests. Since joining, I have set up play-dates at the park with some of the moms and my daughter always has so much fun. It was a nice to get out of the house too. Fast-forward to now, I have two girls now and still enjoy the app and meeting moms with similar interests in my area. I notice there are new moms joining the app all the time. Having the support from other women in the same stages of motherhood is such a blessing. I love this app so much and definitely recommend it to any mom who is looking for a safe space to connect with other moms! ❤️

Peanut changed my life ! I would be completely lost with out peanut and all the moms I have met through the app. It’s an amazing support system it have a lot of groups that were able to help me transition easier into being a new mom. After I had my twins in 2022 i felt so alone and was suffering from PPA. Some of my closest friends don’t have children and didn’t understand all the changes and different things I was going through. Being a new mother was an adjustment and I don’t think I’ve ever felt that alone. I kept seeing peanut posts and I thought why not give it a try what do I have to lose. It was the best decision I have ever made. It made me realize I’m not alone and a lot of new mothers feel this way. I found a great support system on this app. Between all the support groups and making connections with moms in my area. I have formed new friendships and I’ve never felt more confident in being mom.

Not only does it require you to message someone as soon as you match with them, but in their little daily discussions today it popped up a notification suggesting threesomes to solve intimacy issues. That was the breaking point for me to delete the app I had downloaded the app to hopefully make Mom friends since I’m in an area that I know pretty much no one in I especially do not know other moms in this area I was hoping to find friends for my child. not get bedroom advice, especially that kind of advice.

When I initially downloaded this app, I was a little intimidated at first, but the app is pretty simple and is quick to get used to. I found so much useful information and support on here when I was pregnant and especially postpartum, more than I could've imagined! It was my new go-to social media because being a mom was all I was consumed about and this app helped in many ways. This was super special to me as I didn't have much support from family or friends as I had moved away. I also met my now best friend from here. I don't think I would've been able to get through everything without her, or this app! Very grateful ❤️
