    It’s so nice to have a good solid app for a reasonable price that you don’t have to pay 799 per month or $30 a year to use. The information is easy to read useful and actionable. I wish there were more apps like it.

    When you know what you need to change to improve your nights sleep you’re on a path of success. That’s what this app does for me. Shows me what’s going well when I sleep and shows me what needs improvement. I absolutely love it.

    It hasn’t been reading my sleep data since end of last year with my Apple Watch. I’ve followed their troubleshooting help and even reset the permissions of my phone - which impacted my other apps - still no resolution. Too bad bc this used to be the best sleep app.

    Compared using it (with Apple Watch Ultra) to Garmin’s sleep data (using a Garmin Epix app watch), and this AutoSleep app provided much more accurate data. I just wish it differentiated between deep vs REM sleep.

    I can walk around the apartment with the watch episode 8, and the program counts sleep. Now the sleep tracker in the Apple watch definitely works. Don't buy - no point

    Using this app and the built in Apple sleep app I think you should be able to make adjustments to your sleep environment to improve your sleep. Do check with your Doctor to be sure sleep apnea is not contributing to you not feeling you have had a good night sleep.
