Description

Onduo simplifies the management of chronic health conditions (like type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure) and mental health by providing review, analysis, and evaluation of health data. Member data is captured using compatible FDA-cleared devices. The Onduo app is only available to eligible individuals enrolled in the Onduo program. The program includes: • FDA-cleared devices that will be shipped to you, if needed, such as a smart blood glucose meter or blood pressure monitor • Simple, targeted tips and tricks to improve your health • Access to a dedicated Care Team, as needed. The Onduo app integrates with Apple Health to collect step data, displayed on the dashboard and history views. The Onduo Virtual Care Software Platform is not intended to provide treatment decisions nor is it intended as a substitute for professional healthcare. Please consult a medical professional in the event you would like to use Onduo as part of professional healthcare treatment. • Zero tech support

I had to reset the settings on my phone and the app kept looping back to the login screen. Tech support kept telling me I was signed in when I wasn’t and they had no developer capabilities to remove the so called device I was signed in to. Missed an appointment because of their incompetence.
  • DON’T DO IT

This service is garbage unless you are new to your condition and need a team of people to boss you around. Once you setup an account, good luck deactivating it. Look who will own your information. Are you comfortable with Google in on your health info?

No issues with the app crashing, but it will not share blood glucose data to health app. Also the medication time is flaky.
  • Latest update screws up entries by not defaulting to current time

What’s worse is that instead of reversing or communicating about the issue , they are silent. Can’t log dinner if I eat after 6 because it thinks it’s the next day and won’t let me manually adjust the time to a prior day. Really dissatisfied.

I have been using this app for a while and it has always been great. Logging my food and my medication‘s with reminders , and I love the insights. What has been frustrating for me is the time doesn’t work anymore when logging my medication or food. If I take my medication at 9:30 at night, it forces me to log my medication at 2 AM in the morning, it does have a dial where you can change the times but it has been graying it out and forcing me to log when it wants me to log. So the team or my doctors must think I’m up at 2 AM taking my medication or eating something. Overall, it is my most used app but that is very frustrating. It wasn’t always like that.
  • App update ruined the ease of use.

I did an update to the app about 3 weeks ago and now it’s a mess. Time is 5 hours off whenever I log anything. If I forget to correct the time my logs are out of sync. Support called me 2 weeks ago and said they will have a fix in a week. It’s been 3. I’m ready to go through my insurance and just get a meter and supplies through them instead. I’ll wait 1 more week. I will also repudiate my review. Dreyibcdgjkhfd

Latest update as of Nov 2022: time is perpetually 4:48 am, rending logged events worthless
  • Medications removed

I am NOT happier that when you got my pharmacy file from my insurance company that my list of meds that I entered over 3 months ago were removed. The app is asking me to re-enter information that I had in there back in August. Not customer focused. Your IT area could have easily developed a query that would do the reconciliation. Waste of my time. I refuse to re- enter my meds
  • Constant connection issues

I constantly have connection issues with both the glucose & blood pressure monitor. About every other day I have to walk down the street to get a signal strong enough to transmit the data readings. Now sure what I’ll do if we get a heavy snow….
