TotalAv uses absolutely predatory business practices. They make it almost impossible to cancel. I got charged 3 months after canceling my account through their website and deleting the app. I emailed them and they referred me to their website where I logged in and under the cancel tab it refers you to the app, which I don’t have and when I redownloaded didn’t give me the option to cancel. Went back to the website, where it says to cancel through the App Store. In the App Store, the subscription had already been cancelled previous to the change. Finally I had to suspend my credit card and call them. This is completely ridiculous, and I don’t totally believe that I won’t get changed again at this point.

Don’t do this. They still are taking my money even after I unsubscribed. And I can’t a phone number for email address that works to stop them.

If not for this antivirus protection I think I would be living on the streets. It was Total AV that helped me come to terms with my issues with gambling. I know it sounds silly, but this really is one of those stories you read about in Readers Digest or in an Ann Landers column. I was on my way to Vegas one more time because my computer was on the fritz due to a horrible virus when my mother in law called me and said to give a new antivirus a try. If I did, she said it would change my life. Well, she was right. I installed Total AV Protection and right then and there in that desert highway, blocking traffic, I ran my first complete scan and it literally fixed my laptop right before my eyes. Then just like that, I was back to watching porn which had kept me out of the casinos and onto solvency—and greener pastures. Something about me changed that day. I mean, not my porn issues, but my soul was touched. I was a new man. I began taking workshops at Home Depot on how to spackle and use stucco. I took Samba lessons at a dance studio in Chino. I now speak Portuguese fluently. I got a tattoo of the national flag of Brazil. I sleep better at night. There is no more “I can’t” in my vocabulary. I say “I can” all the time now. Apart from my porn addiction, everything in my life was going great and I was growing everyday…but before I could say “Vivid Video”, I was consumed with my dark bad habit and began skipping my dance classes and not teaching my stucco repairs class online. I was heavy into the darkness of the dirty 24/7, and that’s when it happened. All this time, I was able to surf the internet looking at the most virus riddled websites on the net and didn’t have to worry a bit about my computer getting infected—because of my stellar antivirus protection from Total AV—and there it was…the symbolism was right in front of me. Total AV was giving itself to me while I was just taking and taking. What was I doing besides teaching stucco lessons, volunteering for Meals On Wheels, and donating one of my kidneys to a lady in Kuala Lumpur who was suffering, because, well, she was suffering. Because of not having a kidney. She was born without one. That’s what happened. And I gave her one. Anyway, I was being really selfish. Just a real rascal of a person. But in a bad way. More of a degenerate really. I’ll just sum it up right here and put a pin in it. Total AV made me realize I could overcome the pleasures and delights of the dirty, filthy, disgusting immorality that pervades the internet and robs people of their self respect. Their dignity. So, one more time in symbolic solidarity, I ran that complete scan on the Uncle TAV, as we call it around the gym, and that was it. Because of Uncle TAV I overcame a crippling gambling addiction. The fear of dancing in front of people was gone. I speak five languages including Latin, which is a dead language but really underrated. And best of all, I no longer am a slave to porn. Or coke. I didn’t mention it but I was coked up out of my mind for most of this journey. I mean really high. All that is gone now. I live in a four bedroom, 3 bath house here in North Texas. We left Bell Gardens in LA and moved to the sunshine state. Or volunteer state. Whatever. We moved. All because of Total AV. Thank you, Uncle TAV. Because of you, I’m a new man.
