Description

DoneApp guides you in building healthy habits by helping you set goals, track your progress, and motivates you to stay on top of them. Unlike so many other habit apps, our app lets you set a goal and track it MULTIPLE times a day, not just one time per day. The app will help you build great new habits and break existing bad ones. After setting tangible daily or weekly goals, the app will help you track your habits and tell you when you've met your goal. The app also keeps track of Streaks when you've met your goals in consecutive periods. The FREE version of the app allows you to create up to 3 habits. For more than 3, you'll need to upgrade to the Premium Version. FREE Features: • Allows you to set and track goals on a daily or weekly basis • Let's you set a goal for MULTIPLE times a day, not just once like most habit apps • Totally customizable habit display (the color bar) - you choose what will motivate you • Enables tracking for both building habits AND quitting habits • Fun color options let you customize your list • Daily journal lets you keep notes about your habit • Easy to edit activities in the past • Multiple reminders for each habit • Exportable CSV data with totals and time stamps • Passcode protection with FaceID/TouchID • Track activity with Apple Watch or Home Screen Widget • iCloud and Dropbox data backup • Shortcuts and Siri Integration The app also integrates with Apple HealthKit. Get discounted premium access to a bundle of the most popular productivity and lifestyle apps. See more under the Growth Bundle section in the app's settings. • Potential Hindered by Technical Glitches, time zones

I've been loyal to Done for over four years, finding benefit in its positive habit tracking features. However, its performance leaves much to be desired. Clicking to mark a task as done often results in a delay of several seconds / minutes or fails to register altogether. With streaks exceeding 1500 days, it's unacceptable that such basic functionality is lacking. Secondly all the streaks change when you travel across time zones. It seems to log the time you entered the action, and if thats in the evening it moves it to the next day when you travel east. Despite reaching out to support multiple times, my concerns remain unaddressed. I'd gladly award 5 stars if these performance issues were resolved, but until then, I probably seeking and would recommend an alternative app.

When I first saw this app I thought it was a great way to track my habits and goals. As u download it everything costs money you can add more than 3 goals/habits with out paying a monthly. Every time I now open this app it tells me to join premium where I can have a free life time of habits/goals for only $19.99 for me I am not buying that when I can do the same thing on paper. I just wanted to write this review so other people know before deciding to download this app. It is positive I think that the set up is amazing. I don’t think this app is worth having for only 3 habits/goals to be tracked.
  • Best Functioning Habit Tracker App

This is by far the best habit tracker app out there. I am extremely picky and have tried out 40+ habit tracker apps on the appstore (yes, that many). I had very specific needs: 1) non-cluttered 2) monthly view easy to access 3) haptic feedback and sound 4) progress bar instead of a fraction 5) pretty UI 6) notifications 7) weekly view 8) big beautiful icons which is great for adhd 9) ability to have groups 10) easy to navigate While it is a little spendy, it met all of my needs and have not had any issues whatsoever.
  • Literally unusable now

I hadn’t use the app in a while, but when I recently logged in, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that I am unable to add any new habits. When I attempt to, I receive a promotional banner to pay for a lifetime access to the app. It doesn’t matter if I select yes or no, the same promo banner appears any time I try to add a habit. since I was planning to archive all my old habits and start over with fresh ones, this means the app is completely unusable.

Used to love this app but I tried to upgrade and it charged me but nothing in the app has changed. I still am limited to three goals and if I delete one I’m not able to put a new one to replace it. I’ve had to reach out to Apple because their support is non-responsive
  • Glitchy but good otherwise

I really like the app until recently. In spite of already paying for another year of membership I get pop up ads constantly asking me to buy another membership. The widget doesn’t work. Please fix your app… it’s awesome other than that!
  • Seemingly removed Month/Year feature

I used to love this app, but some of the feature have seemingly disappeared. I have the paid premium subscription too, and I have sent 2 emails with no response on the matter. Originally you could create monthly and yearly habits, but now only daily and weekly are available. I recognize habits should be more frequent in nature, but I used this to help me with relationships and other items (e.g., call friend once a month or take a vacation three times a year).
  • A good app gone bad

Ive used this for three years and loved it. But the most recent update has a pop-up ad to pay $20 to "upgrade" and "bundle" every single time I open the app. I already paid for the app, and they work to upsell me daily. Every time I open the app to track a habit I get this pop-up ad, making the app irritating.

I’ve used this app, paid and unpaid, from time to time. Recently, I got a promotion to get lifetime membership. I bought it. And I never got the access. I asked apple for my money back and got it. Now, I still get 2 ads, every time I open the app, advertising the same promotion. Frustrating.
  • Was offered a yearly free trial with Reflectly

I was offered a free yearly trial with reflectly I paid a life time membership for that. Been trying to get more routine and habits in my life I also have ADHD autism and we with adhd like routines just not so boring and repetitive with the same things so this allows to have a little fun with the habits I’m trying to do like 4000 steps a day or eat breakfast or shower 4 times a week things like that. I am checking out gratitude app and the TimeBloc one seems to be pretty good. I previously had Microsoft todo as it doesn’t charge for anything at all. I recommend that one for tasks and lists and if you are trying to do a routine you can set times for everything as well. I don’t agree with paying for a app for anything really a lot of them are scams for money in disquise. I’ve tried Tiimo it didn’t do anything really to help me and it claims it’s for ADHD and well it helps for some but for me it was boring. It’s got to be something my brain likes and enjoys for me to be committed to it. I’m still trying to figure this out more and the other apps but no crashing problems or ads here on my end. I recommend it if you get a yearly free trail plan or maybe a lifetime membership to it.
