  • Cool streaming service

I love the app. May I suggest that it can have at least two or three separate accounts. That way I won’t get confused what I’m watching and not watching when my friend uses the account as well.

  • Why so many ads

    By buttman1212
It’s a good app but in one episode of dragon ball I got eight ads so for and there all carvana It’s really annoying please reduce the ads because they both are in 4 ads in one sitting
  • Crashes whenever I try to play an episode.

    By nai249
They’re charging me 7.99$ and it just crashes before I can even watch any shows. I’ve made it max 7 seconds. I have a newer iphone and it’s up to date. So maybe if you have an android try that but not on an iPhone.

  • Don’t Use With AppleTV

    By X-ray 2
The AppleTV version of the Funimation app won’t load many of the shows. The TV screen goes completely black and the show won’t buffer. This is an ongoing, longstanding problem that Funimation is unwilling devote any resources to solve. Funimation support advises that you use your iPad and Airplay to stream Funimation shows to your TV as a workaround for this issue. This works, but the iPad/Funimation/AppleTV interface is awkward, requiring lots of iPad screen touches. Don’t get this app if you want to use it with your AppleTV. Get Crunchyroll. There are more shows and the Crunchyroll app works well with AppleTV.
  • Don’t like it that much

I tarted going onto it cause I wanted to watch season 2 of “The Promised Neverland.” I was not sure what platforms season 2 was on so I looked it up,it said funimate and Hulu, I was to lazy to deal with Hulu so I picked this. About 2:13 in the first episode and I got and ad (and I could not skip the intro) I waited till it was over and I just got another ad, I did watch the first episode like half way through but I got tired of the ads. I have not tried it with my internet off yet but I doubt it owing to work. I gave it 2 start cause it is still an ok app and if u have nothing to watch anime on i would choose this.
  • Better on computer or tv

This is by far the worst streaming app I have ever used! The app is setup terrible for the Home Screen (random shows added to queues, stuck on last episode), there is no “skip intro” nor “next episode” clicker until the end of the show credits and production credits, will streaming the show outside of app (I’ve come back to having watched 3 episodes while the app was closed as I slept), therefore the episode order gets messed up, and the shows take forever/ won’t connect to roku nor Apple TV. Glitches out and won’t load next episode, or will freeze in the middle of a streaming movie. Checked wifi multiple times but I work for spectrum and have the greatest and latest, I live on a wifi thriving environment, and it’s only my attention home. So why does this app have so many problems operating???????
  • Missing episodes

    By Vons Dismay
I had only gotten funimation because crunchyroll didn’t have the dubbed version of the only anime I watch dubbed and I had heard good things about it so I got premium and watched my anime all over again and noticed that it’s missing an episode and I got really confused as to if I had skipped an episode and it’s not there at all please fix this 😭😭
  • Ads, ads, ads.

    By Kariah515
90% ads, 10% anime. You can’t close the app and open it again without an ad. I thought about the ads more than the actual shows.
