I have to say this app has stressed me out more than it has helped. When I was stressed it says I am fine, and when I am relaxed, it tells me I am stressed- so far not impressed Update- really trying to like this app, but it is just so depressing. I have lost 67 lbs. have started meditating and nothing has changed- if anything this app is stressing me out more

I think the app is very good and I am glad that I purchased it.Appear to be stressed a lot and I do the recommendations such as breathing and yoga, but my levels stay pretty high. I have gone to a cardiologist, but all seems well. I do wish that the dates and times were easier to read, overall good job, thanks-
