I wouldn’t consider this app an essential in order to play disc golf, but it’s as close as you can get without being essential. Can you play DG without it? Sure. Can you keep score without it? Sure. Can you find local courses without it? Again, sure. All are made much easier with this app and it’s a one-stop shop for all you DG needs other than discs. In the app you can look up stores and courses, keep score, save your scorecards, share scorecards, and even find events in your local area. The course traffic and export features are nice bonuses as well. If you are just starting out in DG, download the app and use the free version to find the courses in your area. Once you get addicted to playing, consider upgrading to the Pro version.

We travel throughout the US and in the last few months I have played over 20 different courses. With this app I can find a course just off the highway making a easy stop to throw 9 or 18 and get back on the highway. Once to our destination I make a wish list on app and try to golf all the courses I can. Currently in Daytona Florida and just finished my 9 th course here. Headed back home to Michigan to create another wish list. Some of these courses are not marked very well and you need UDisc to get you through it accurately. If your a beginner or a veteran player you have to have this app. Keeping score has never been easier.

Current layout; there should be a way for at least course ambassadors, but any user really, to mark which layout the course is currently in OB; course maps should be able to have ob shown on them

The free version is all that’s needed to play, and as long as that remains true, it’s 5 stars. The paid version seems to have some nice features and interesting stats though if you’ve got thirty bucks to spare per year, but it’s not necessary at all just to have a scorecard and map when out on the course, along with a list/map of where courses can be found.
  • Apple Watch App Unusable

Apple Watch app used to work well. Sometime in the last 6-8 months it started closing during play and I would have to reopen it and swipe back one hole to get back on the correct hole. Now, it closes after recording each stroke. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the phone and watch app and it still happens. Watch app is totally unusable now on Apple Watch Series 8

The app is great, but I wish I didn’t have my identity tied to this location gathering app.

Please add a month payment option so we can do 3 bucks a month vs 30 at once.

Awesome app that borderlines necessity. I emailed about this over a year ago but still is a small “quick-win” feature. We all lose discs but don’t always want to delete them from the app (either for historical stat purposes, or for nostalgia sake). It would be a tremendous QOL improvement to be able to hide those discs from the disc list without deleting them. I think it would be a flag on the disc details (maybe swiping on the row would allow for that in addition to delete), and the disc would only be seen by clicking a show graveyard button somewhere. I know this isn’t for everyone but I think it’s a small update that wouldn’t require too much design or dev work. Thanks for reading! (I also have other UX ideas I’d be willing to share.)
