I have had this app for a couple of years now without really engaging it. I have recently started using the helpful articles and such with great success. This should be a must use tool at every organization on a weekly basis.

WOW. You can really tell when an app takes the time to deliver on the vision that it claims to have. I am so blessed! Thank you for the upgrade to the quality of my inner life and professional relationships. !

I love that the Gallup Strength finders. I love that it focuses on strengths instead of weaknesses and encourages people in what they already have.

The Gallup coaching system has been incredibly helpful for me to eliminate distractions and being clarity to my own life. I’m thankful that I have a coach and someone that helped me create a plan to better manage my time and giftedness. This system is insightful and will lead you down a path of self discovery in ways you may have never thought of before. I highly recommend anyone who has a hard time finding a way forward to use this method!
  • Buggy…decent info on the go

Still very buggy and slow. Takes multiple times to log-in. Searching for Strengths within your community is PAINFULLY slow…it searches after each letter entered (known issues for a long time and not fixed). Needs actual user input and dedicated team. Not a priority of Gallup. Could be so much more.

I got my top 5 strengths in part of a coaching program I paid for. After reviewing my strengths I thought this was fantastic and exactly who I am and what I am about. I decided to get the rest of my profiles. Using the app has been awesome to have for quick and convenient reference. I occasionally find myself using the app during downtime to help myself upgrade.
  • The difference

The difference between Gallup and the other personality assessments are Gallup focuses more on characteristic traits vs the Enneagram is more focused on emotional actions and reactions. The Myers-Briggs is just confusing.

I have use this for a number of years on executives as well as young people entering the workforce. This is by far the best tool I’ve ever used.
