    I’m not into paying for an image I can use only five times. The game keeps coming out with more and more decorations - if you want to pay cash. You cannot win these items. Game company is very stingy with daily credits/prizes.

    Fun to create the room, but the voting and scoring is not fairly done. They need to work on a better scoring system. Top scores should be weighted to stay high so that they can take a chance and experiment with new ideas without being afraid of getting a low score.

    Paid for a Christmas gift for my husband and was notified it was out of stock. 4 months later I still don’t have a refund. Bad business.

    I have enjoyed this game for a long time and see its popularity and understand why. I enjoy it ! Unfortunately there are very practical things that still can be improved. One example- the exciting rugs can only be purchased with diamonds! The artwork can be unappealing and earlier in the development was more appropriate with the pricing. Please use better artwork ! There also should be a wider variety of rugs that don’t have to be purchased with diamonds. Please get better rugs without having to purchase with diamonds ! There’s is more. Overall it’s a great concept and a lot of fun.

  • Can Become Very Pricey in a Hurry

    I so enjoy the design aspect and making what I think are beautiful rooms. It seems the only way to score a 5 is to fill the room with every accessory available (though optional). Doesn’t seem quite right…these items are not cheap! Why do they all require diamonds in order to purchase them? It would be different if the prizes were in greater amounts of diamonds or cash. Very easy to spend too much money on this game. Also, the scoring system seems to miss the mark in terms of style: if the design calls for French styling, for instance, make sure the winning designs reflect that!

    I love to get my design fix out without having to move furniture, but there is no reason to have to spend so much money. There should be ways to make the fake money without having to spend your own.

  • Love the game but customer service is dreadful

    I paid money for the extra monthly rewards. One of them was a floor plant. It was bugged and would not show when used. They also could not be replaced with one that would show in the room. Customer service acknowledged the issue and refused to replace an item I paid real money for. Won’t make that mistake again.

    I have been playing for years now and love it. But there are improvements that need to be made. I am at Level 190 and have enough cash to be at about Level 300. The game needs to catch up to me. It’s very discouraging. I’ve had incidents where I have lost diamonds and it’s frustrating. Right now I’m trying to buy some and there is some kind of glitch. I can’t properly design a winning room without buying accessories. No one is helping me. I may have to stop playing until these glitches and issues are fixed.

    I love this game but feel I might have to delete it soon. The “costs” of the furniture and accessories have increased but the daily diamond reward and 5-Star rewards have remained the same. It’s time to increase the rewards.
