    This app offers a 7-day trial but only if you authorize the $70 charge at the end of those 7 days. After reading other reviews, there is no way to try for the 7 days and if it doesn’t work for you, not pay to continue. That isn’t a trial. That is 7 days free when you pay for a year.

    it’s actually crazy how great this app is. i had low expectations seeing it on tiktok ads, and expected it to be a scam with the huge price. however, it’s been worth every penny. the app contains crash courses, guides, journals, meditations, even CBT and (admittedly less good) DBT chat bots. it’s crazy how i’ve seen such an improvement simply writing down and pointing out my cognitive distortions. plus, the app also incorporates other types of therapies and modalities, such as DBT, ACT and behavioral activation. would highly recommend to anyone interested in improving their life, or wanting to focus on CBT.

    10/10, plz do yourself a favor and download now. And the subscription is SO WORTH IT!! I cannot speak highly enough of this app. I work in mental healthcare, and this is SUCH a valuable tool. I love the AI chatbots and journal—I am so impressed by their accuracy and relevant questions. Whenever I am mindful of how I’m feeling, this app is my go-to for logging mood. It has helpful information and even guided breathing

    This app has been absolutely great! I’m still in the free trial that I won’t be cancelling. The AI chat bots are surprisingly helpful. They ask thought provoking questions that has helped me understand why I’m feeling the way I feel. Every excited to continue to use this app!

    I don’t try apps that I have to pay for even if there is a week long free trial(in this case its that long) because I’m not in a hurry to use it. If I felt like I truly needed it I would give it a trial and see if it works well with me. So this is me just stating don’t download it unless I want to and have free time commitment to use it.

    I liked this app before, but now like it a lot more! AI is going to change everything guys. Especially, how we learn. This includes this facet of self growth but then add individualized developmental plans, from an aggregate of data you put in. Over time, if not weaponized and executed in harmful ways, with the use of AI humanity should be more empathetic, smarter, productive, and simply just inhabit earth better!

    Do not purchase this app. Support tickets go into a black hole that are never responded to. Very disappointing that there's no humans ok the other side of this.
