    This app is well worth the money. I love the courses offered through the app. Amazing teachers. Also, the enhancements to the sleeping mediations are great. A great place to begin a meditation practice or grow your ability to communicate effectively and learn more about your emotions and there affect on your mind. I’d love to see more schools utilizing this app to teach meditation in the classrooms.

    I’ve been using this app now for a year. It was perfect for me, new to meditation, to learn from different teachers different techniques and ideas about meditation. The instructors are top notch! I like the combo of the video instruction/discussion with the guided meditation. I also appreciate the range of courses. I’m very happy with this app. It is worth the money!

    For the longest time, I’ve wanted to begin a daily meditation practice. I knew in my head the positive effects it would have on my overall health, but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. Since starting the 10% Happier app, I’ve started my daily practice and can’t believe how easy it is. I am squashing the myths I once believed that meditating was too hard, too overwhelming and all the other myths one believes about doing it. If I can meditate, so can you! Here’s to a healthier me!

    I am so delighted that I found this app!! My husband had spent 6 weeks in Texas, and came back healthy, happy and revitalized. He had picked up on meditation thru his sister. I saw the joy and of course I wanted the peace also. He had a great start and I had to learn it on my own. I had tried classes but they just weren’t working. I had been trying meditation for about 3 weeks. But I knew I wasn’t quite there yet. Within 3 days of this app I was relaxed, confident and felt amazing. When you are properly taught you can then reap the benefits. Thank you so much for this app. I’ve already recommended it family and friends Carol

    I’ve tried creating a meditation habit multiple times over the last few years, using other apps and other methods I’ve been exposed to. It never stuck. Using this app, I’ve consistently meditated over the past 5 weeks, 4 or 5 days per week, sometimes more than once per day. I’ve also carried over some of the skills I’ve learned from the courses/meditations into my life. For example when I’m thinking about something random and pointless and notice it, I label it “thinking” and am present again. I also more quickly notice when I’m thinking negative thoughts or feeling negative emotions, and use a couple other tools I have learned to turn them around. It’s also becoming easier for me during meditation to focus on my breath and to notice when my attention is elsewhere. I don’t think I’m necessarily the main target market for this app. I’m not type A and I’m not a skeptic. I was already sold on the benefits of meditation. But I love the way this app is executed. I’ve used a few of the standalone meditations, but I’ve mostly followed the courses. I like the format of a short video covering a FAQ or meditation concept or skill, followed by an audio intro that leads into the main guided meditation. I’ve finished a few courses and they’ve all been useful. In short, if you’re serious about wanting to meditate but have had difficulty sticking with it in the past, I think this app could be what you’re looking for.
