I’m finding the app useful and rewarding because of the set of experienced meditation instructors who have provided really wise and insightful lessons, which you can play anywhere at your convenience.
  • Best Meditation App Out There

    By Zarend
I’ve tried many different apps and I love the courses, variety, different teachers features throughout.
  • Excellent app for beginners and experienced meditators

    By Jason Gambino
I really enjoy this app. It promotes a healthy dose of meditation, no matter if you have one minute or 60. I also like that the courses have a video component that allows you to see a conversation with the meditation teacher before the actual meditation to get a sense of what you’re getting into before the session begins.
  • Anxiety brought on by cost

I was not happy to find that as soon as I signed on to my iTunes app that I had bought into this app. It’s a good app but I was not happy to find that it cost me over hundred dollars and I couldn’t get out. I couldn’t get the same thing out of going to the library and that’s free
  • Great app!

I enjoy the videos in the beginning of each meditation. They are entertaining and it’s also very educational to see how other people react to, and sometimes resist the idea of meditation. The real world approach makes meditation seem accessible. I am new to meditation and have a subscription to the calm app which I use also and I really love it! I’m only 4 days into the free content on this app and so far I am really enjoying the angle they bring to practicing meditation, I am considering a subscription based on what I have seen so far. 👍🏻👍🏻

  • Profound message, plain English

This app is fun, easy, relevant, and efficient. If you’re a hard charging, non-hippie business exec, busy parent, or student, you will appreciate these lessons and the style through which they’re delivered.

  • Time

    By rosemarysmile
I have always been rushed for time to get all sorts of things done in a short period of time. Stressing me out while smiling at the world and not letting them in to let them know I’m stressed. I really appreciate these meditations minutes because I don’t want to stroke anymore. Thank you
