    It’s my first day using the Downward Dog app. As a new mom, time to work on myself, ALONE, is at a premium. I just did 20 mins of workout, I’m relaxed, and my core is twitching. Plus, the baby is still sleeping! The app made it easy to put in some “me time”, and I can’t wait to try more.

    I love this app! It has different levels of yoga. My favorite is the restorative yoga. Perfect stretch and balancing for a sore body.

    Nothing will replace practicing live with a yogi but If you can’t make it to a studio or class, this app is the next best thing. I did a 40 minute intermediate practice and felt challenged and inspired and sweated and feel so open. Love Down Dog!

    After checking out several yoga apps, I found Down Dog. This app is absolutely wonderful! I like it so much I paid for the upgrade as a show of appreciation. The limitless combinations of speed, music, skill level, and practice length make Down Dog so versatile that it never gets boring. It can take you from novice to expert and everything in between. Some days I'll do a 20 minute practice and other days I'll go to maximum length. It's wonderful that it can work with my mood. Love Down Dog!!

    I absolutely love downward dog. I tried a couple other yoga apps but with very little success. I’ve been practicing yoga for several years, but inconsistently so I needed something low key that led to intermediate so that I could perfect my practice. The music is ideal and is upbeat when we are in an intense pose and laid back when we are relaxing. With all of the cold weather, I can stay fit indoors and practice for a quick 30 minutes or an hour. It fits my schedule and my exercise goals!!
