  • Useful but why the $1 additional charge?

    This app works great for finding and booking a barber appointment but why the $1 additional booking fee and why do you have to pre-pay? I use this app to find an appointment then book directly with the barber with no fee.

  • I paid to cut my hair, the hairdresser did not appear and the app does not accept I cancel.

    Stressful, I paid and marked the time, the hairdresser did not come, I lost 20 minutes driving another 20 minutes to go home and the hairdresser did not come. The app does not agree to cancel, I lost time driving and waiting. stressful. You should correct the client application to be able to complain and record the occurrence, as well as cancel.

    It seems to never work I usually have to delete the app then redownload it and it’ll start working. Now I’m trying to make an appointment and the app won’t start up at all. Worst app ever if your a barber please use a more reliable product.

    It’s the best application for me to see my barber’s availability on selected days, see other barbers days and times if my barber isn’t available, select the type of haircut I want, customize the tip, and most importantly it’s a cashless transaction! It’s safer for the shop because the barbers have little to no cash in hand on the property, they know exactly how to manage their day, and it guarantees that they don’t mistakenly “double book” or forget to block out my time!

    This app is a major downgrade from the website. 1. No option to reserve only. You have to “reserve and pay” on the app. 2. $3 “convince fee” on $50 haircut?!? No way!
