I bought the product about a month ago from instagram because I wanted an easy way to rid problems of my first car when I get one. Before I had the chance to even make an account they charged me $100 for a subscription I never applied for. They are a scam!

I bought this item when it first launched many years ago fr half the price it is now, And id pay way more for it now, it works flawlessly with all my vehicles and has no issues clearing the check engne light as well, has saved me alot in costs being able to scan vehicle before purchase, also to double check the mechanic fixed what he said he did, this is worth every penny, you dont have one your losing money bet on that.

I just bought this for $21.54 including tax but there’s also an annual fee for $99.00 that was charged. It will be automatically charged every year.
  • Ugh. Do not buy

This app works but when you try to cancel after trying the free trial period, it’s virtually impossible to cancel. I had to dig through the technical support to find a link to copy and paste in a web browser and guess what, it’s an expired link. No Bueno. Then it automatically defaults to a yearly payment.

Sensor never worked and then they have the audacity to charge me $100 two years after I used their premium trial with no direct way to cancel their subscription from the app. I’m sorry people, but this is not how you run a business.
  • WATCH OUT FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE!

All their ads explain how their gadget is only $21. What they hide is how they sign you up for their expensive subscription service costing $100 per year. The gadget is reasonably priced, but $100 per year for a bit of information online?
  • FIXD premium "free trial" began 11 days before I downloaded the app

Yes, the app worked well. My issue is how FIXD Automotive Inc. does business. The premium free trial begins immediately upon ordering the device, regardless of when you get it or begin using it. My credit card caught and flagged the $99 charge. Canceling the premium level was unnecessarily difficult...
  • Still no sensors

My sensors have been delayed in shipping for three days in a row. At this point I regret not taking my car to a mechanic to troubleshoot my issues.
  • Why do I have to constantly update the odometer

Title says it. The scanner is ALWAYS plugged into my car yet every time I open the app the mileage is wrong. Also: telling me a wear item needs attention is USELESS if you won’t tell me what it is

Three reasons why it’s not worth it; 1. It didn’t tell me anything my cars computer already told me. So I decided to try the seven day free trial to see if it would make an obvious and beneficial difference. Not really so three days before the end of the free trial I fallowed the instructions given to cancel and to my surprise I was informed it had already been cancelled. Cool. Right? No. Because I received a notification this morning that a payment of $99.99 for FIXD premium had been deducted from my account. It’s a scam. It’s theft I believe.
