Looks like I’m watching games in the 80’s with the picture quality. The constant buffering and start/stoping is a plus as well.

Don’t waste your money!!! Out of four of my son’s games. I was only able to watch half of two. One wasn’t even broadcast! The other was under the wrong team names. Ridiculous! Video quality blurry at times. This app was a huge disappointment.

Don’t buy this subscription. The video will only show half the court and you still will be charged. Customer service will not help you make it right.

Their cameras are almost always broken or having technical difficulties. Out of 2 tournaments and 8 games I got to watch 1 laggy game of my kids. That was over two different subscription periods. Tried to give them a 2nd chance.

I signed up for this app with idea I would be charged monthly as this is how it’s advertised only to be billed for $95.00 for 12 months. As advertised I would have access to 1 tournament a month- I’m thinking most teams play 3 or 4 games a tournament. I turns out you only get access to 1 game a tournament. Also, the app does a terrible job in displaying data. Nothing is organized alphabetically or chronically. There’s no way to sort events, teams or dates. I contacted customer service to request a refund and was told refunds are not allowed. I only used app for a few hours, clicked on the wrong game using my 1 pass until next month. Avoid this app, it’s a ripe-off.

Every game I tried to view had some problem. can’t even get somebody on site to adjust the camera. I saw three sets of the opposing coaches backside and a tiny corner of the court not worth the money, not worth the hassle poor product.

Very difficult to find your game or even court until it is live. Search function doesn’t produce results at all until the game is live. Notify feature didn’t work either. Frequently pauses or glitches. Very expensive for poor quality and poor functionality. For as many sports and events, baller tv should do better.

This is a true honest objective review and not just an angry disgruntled customer. Was real excited to be able to watch my sons soccer games at Jefferson Cup in Virginia since we couldn’t make it out. But this experience started out poor right off the bat. Had to pay for BallerTV subscription which I was fine with, but then once I had my subscription and was all ready to watch I find out I then have to pay a second fee which was almost equal to the Baller TB subscription for the event. Maybe I’m an idiot and overlooked it but I saw nothing about having to pay a second fee after the subscription in order to watch the event. Shouldn’t that be what the one event BallerTV subscription should have been for???? Rip off! Camera can’t follow the ball and recorded wrong field half the time. Forget about being able to see any play on the far side of the field. We missed seeing most goals or great saves because the camera could not pan with the ball to the end line, and cameras almost never show the near corners of the field. So if your player is an outside back like mine, either you can’t see him because you can’t make out the far side of the field or you won’t see much of them on the near side because the camera fails to to pan fast enough or record the near corners of the field. Terrible service. This is a great concept and could be great for families of kids that play sports, but some serious consideration needs to be taken in how they can improve and resolve some of these issues.

Got this to live stream my daughter’s tournament. Out of the 6 matches I’ve tried to watch, all six have had issues. They were very good at taking my money for the subscription. Too bad they don’t put that effort into their service.
