Bad system. Has blocked my Cramer alerts, claiming someone was attempting to hack. Support team wanted to charge for security to look into problem. Support was very non responsive. Lot of loud background noise. I had to repeat myself. Could not understand them. First person was a female. Second call was to a male,he is the one who said I had to pay. He hung up when I asked to talk to supervisor. Very poor for a “800” help line.

No dark mode on iOS to mirror macOS. No schedule feature on macOS to mirror iOS. Where is the consistency for outlook within the Apple platform?
  • Crashes constantly

Each time I open the app, I wonder if its going to freeze. Unfortunately, it freezes/crashes about 3 out of 4 times, making it almost useless. Come on Microsoft, fix it or call me.

    I love the improvements.
  • Terrible support

The product is not bad but the support offered by Microsoft is atrocious. You would think paying them money each month would mean they’d value your business and want to support their product. Pray nothing goes wrong because, if you need support, you won’t get help.
  • Horrible

The interface design looks all jumbled up and in your face, unread messages dot is difficult to differentiate, and worst of all updating to see recent emails take much longer than in previous versions of the app.

This app has gradually become slower and slower with each update, takes about 5 seconds to open. Not good anymore.
