I love Outlook. It is clean, compact and easy to use. I recently learned how to attach documents like my resume.

User friendly, flexible, and a wide range of options . Never used another email application more professional and friendly at the same time better than outlook.

This mailbox is glitchy.I sent important information to my boss they never received it. I almost got in trouble. Can’t send other files or outgoing mail from any other apps. Been having trouble since I started using it. Poor

I wish they would make the functionality more user friendly. The user has to guess what the images on icons mean or do. When you move an email to a folder the system brings you back to inbox, and you have to find where you left off. I wish it would allow you move to the next email on your inbox right away. The new look is a little confusing which is a normal now with this new Microsoft 365. I wish there was someone else competing with Microsoft because their products are so flat and square and lack creativity.

It will not update past 12 days ago. My company forces me to use it. Gmail is better.

After being open for about 10 seconds or so the app freezes. It remains unresponsive and must be closed and re opened. Very frustrating.

This app worked great until earlier this week. When the latest update was released, the app crashes after it’s opened. The browser has been cleared, and the app has been removed / reinstalled. The app still crashes. Please fix this issue immediately.
