  • Performance Issues

In general the application is quite nice and well thought out. The main problem I struggle with is horrible performance. This mostly affects me when I load the application. I may see a plain white screen for about 3-5 seconds followed by the outlook icon for another 3-5 seconds.

Unless it’s already in the works for the launch of iOS 13 I would really like a DARK MODE for this app I already left adding DARK MODE as a suggestion in feedback of the app Other users did and they got other feedback contributors likes

Send later, snooze, from all email accounts aren’t available. Needs to add those to be more robust. See “Spark” app. Do that and this would be the best out there. As it is, it’s no better than apple mail which is terrible.
  • Seasonal freezing

They can’t build a stable app after all these years that doesn’t suddenly start freezing every few months. The updates aren’t checked properly. It’s a basic problem, and something that never, never happens in the gmail app. Luckily I only use this account for orders / newsletters / spam.
  • Mr. Freeze-a-lot

Ever since they updated this app with the new ‘streamlined’ style, it freezes. A lot. I never ever had an issue with this app freezing in the old format. Sometimes it’ll take me filtering through a few days of emails before it’ll freeze, sometimes after deleting the top email. This is extremely annoying having to close/restart the app constantly. Especially if you try to get into really old emails to delete, it’ll freeze, then rinse and repeat. I don’t think I’ve ever had an app freeze as much as this does now. Instead of trying to make it all pretty, I wish they’d have left it alone. They compromised function for style.
  • Won't Load

This update keeps trying to load on my iPhone 6s running iOS 12.3.1, but it never does. All other updates load fine. Not sure why. ....
  • Outlook for IOS getting better!

I would like to see an improved notification message for Outlook. For a calendar notification the words “calendar notification are in bold type and not the message. Take a lesson from Spark for IOS. The message is bold, not the description and a little calendar icon in color appears with the date of the reminder. Much easer to see what’s up at a glance. Similar issue with mail notifications. Thanks for listening. Darrell H.
  • New Bug

The latest update caused the app to not appear in the iPad Notifications list, so now there are no notifications.
  • Clunky, missing standard features

This think is clunky, also has issues with singing out of iCloud. Can we even such calendars yet?
  • Good features but slow

I like the organization and features. They are better and more intuitive than the native iPad app. But loading e-mails is very slow. Seems especially slow with Yahoo mail.
