Guardzilla App failed their clients
I bought it 2 years ago. I had trouble connecting it to my WiFi system. I could achieve it with the help of Guardzilla’s technical support team. It worked very well until last week. The app doesn’t detect the camera and it’s asking to retry the connection. I tried multiple times to retry the connection but it doesn’t work. I called Guardzilla’s technical support and they have no solution for the problem or any idea when they will have it. They told me that the issue is with the IOS version on my Iphone (13.2). I understand I made a very bad investment buying this products. I have more equipments at home and never have had problems with my IOS updates and the apps used to manage them. Guardzilla app failed their clients.

I have the original indoor HD and while it worked well for 6 months I have not been able to find any instructions on resetting it to reconnect it. The green light stays on and it work for into to resent mode. It has a reset button and not a hole for a paper clip but the reset button doesn’t work. Unplugging and reconnecting power source so eat work either. I went to Honeywell indoor cameras and have been very happy with the Honeywell Indoor HD security cameras.
This was working fine and I had access to my video in the cloud. Suddenly, it went offline and can’t access cloud videos. Support has stopped answering and chat is offline. Cameras are useless at this point.

This camera worked very well for 3 days,,
I could connect anywhere at anytime and view,talk,listen and snap pics,,connection was 100% relatable,,,, BUT THEN
After 3 days of use now I can only connect to the camera if I am on my home wifi.
Iv reinstalled the camera and the app several times only to be right back to the same issue.
The listening button quit as well as the siren..
Do not buy!
If you just purchased a guardzilla, return it before you waste your time,,,,
Maybe,, just maybe they can get these issues fixed,, I'll retract this statement but until then,,, DO NOT BUY OR RETURN IT BEFORE IT STOPS WORKING.
Finally the camera seemed to work great for about a 9 months,,
Then after a firmware update is stopped working and could no longer run the set up.
Guardzilla did exchange my camera and iv set it up.
After the new firmware was loaded it stopped working again but was able to do a hard restart using the reset button followed by a power up.
So far it's working,,,
Hopefully it's stable and reliable now.
Dont buy not even worth getting it for free
I bought the 360 view camera today and cant hook it up because my phone is updated yes thats right the camera is brand new but to old for my new updates and support dont know how long it will take to update could be days or months taking it back tomorrow its not even worth money they sell it for rip off never again even think bout even trying one of these
Not impressed by the app
The device wouldn’t be so bad, and seems to work well, but the app is really buggy and has been frustrating me since buying this device three days go.
The biggest complaint I have is that the siren disables itself constantly, which makes it worthless.
Push alerts and notifications seem to work well, but beyond that the whole experience hasn’t been great. I’m hoping they have an update soon to fix the system. A security system without a siren is kind of ridiculous.
Total fraud. App simply doesn't work. Tried reinstalling at their suggestion but didn't work. Tried reinstalling multiple times but still won't work. No app updates for some time. Now no response from Customer Service. BBB rating is an F and they have issued an alert. Are they still in business or have the owners taken the money and skipped to a foreign country? I'm not kidding! They should be prosecuted.

Absolute crap! After two years of letdowns and never being able to reach Anya, and I mean anyone, which includes phone, email and even Facebook. They also closed down comments on Facebook since they were all bad.
Also don’t pay for their Cloud Services with Apple, you can’t get a refund.

Just plain awful. Company is absolutely the slowest responding company ever!
Camera has completely stopped working and appears like it is being run by someone else. Will not let me reset it and company doesn’t call or offer anything other than the first steps when you first set it up upon purchase. Read today on guardzilla having some security issues referring to other people being able to access their cameras and recommended disconnecting the camera completely. At this point I do not recommend these cameras to anyone.
Maybe I will change my mind if guardzilla can show me otherwise. Very frustrating!
