    I love this app because it is actually helping me. I recommend it to anyone that feels alone with their depression or anxiety. The community is so incredible, and I love all the exercises that Pacifica offers. The thought exercises really make me put things in perspective, and the meditation exercises are uplifting and relaxing. I love posting to my hope board daily too. The thing I love the most about this app is that you don’t have to buy a subscription to actually enjoy it. It’s good, free help. And it motivates me when I feel down. I’ve had it for 3 months now, and I’m so happy I installed it. It makes me feel like I’m not alone. I also like the daily check ins. They make me more in touch with my emotions. I totally recommend this!

    Pacifica is by far one of my favorite apps. It allows me to get reconnected in my life during my hectic days. LOVE the new update! So much easier to get grounded with all the emotions being categorized and simple to click.

    I have yet to try this app, but immediately it looks like it’ll help. I have generalized anxiety disorder and social anxiety, and after having another anxiety attack yesterday night I want to start living my life again.
  • Love it but doesn't work often/crashes

    I love this app! But I had to stop using it because out of the blue it started crashing constantly. Gets stuck on the green loading screen and freezes my entire phone, requiring a hard reboot each time. Real disappointing because the app has been really helpful for me!

  • Won’t Sync with Apple Health

    I love the interface and depth of Pacifica, but no matter how hard I try to find a way I cannot get it to sync with Apple Health. It tells me how Pacifica can sync with Health, but never prompts me to grant this permission. Other than that it’s a splendid app and a big upgrade from the vast majority of meditation/mindfulness apps I’ve tried out.

    This is a great app. The only issue I have with this app is that after I finish writing a mood check in and I want to edit what I have written, when I press the edit button the edit screen does not pop up, Plus the screen that the mood check in is typed on is dark. I can’t see the cursor on the screen. Otherwise I love this app.
