    I had an excellent experience working on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a counselor a year ago. With this app, it's so convenient to practice all the skills I learned and work on new ones! I love the community aspect, the health section, and the included meditations! It's So worth it to get the paid version, btw.

    Despite being somewhat of a difficult interface and buggy, I’m using this app as a paid subscriber and it’s helping manage anxiety and stress. I’m identifying mental traps and writing them down. I feel more productive in my daily life and not held back by my anxiety or depression. Given the benefits, this app is glitchy with various buttons and not easy to navigate.

    This app has been very helpful in minimizing my anxiety, holding my accountable for my daily tasks/goals, and allowing me to join a community of similar minded peers. Highly recommended for general mediation or an app specifically to help with anxiety.

    I have been using pacific sense I was in 4th grade,and I have come so far from where I was because of pacific. It really helps you get down to the root of the problem,and if your connected with your therapist with it then it’s even better. My parents actually had my in therapy sense the summer of going into 4th grade,and he suggested this app which really helped me make the most of my life. I’m a 6th grader now and you can really see what impact it can make if you use it for 1 or 2 years. I used it for 3 years and I haven’t regretted one thing I’ve done on this AMAZING app.

    This app has the framework of a real “mood tool”. I feel, tho, that it’s a bit passive for many of us that still ride the fence. When specific issues bring a person down, they often need to address those issues, not train focus elsewhere. Many times, the psychosomatic effects of passive therapy can be helpful when the person/patient is their own problem. Sometimes, the pain that’s buried will multiply 100x over when it’s brought out and NOT addressed. Again, a great potential. ~~ I think there should be a VERY visible and repeating warning phrase regarding using this tool as the primary therapy method. Other than that, it’s great and will be very useful to many.
