  • Great music. Horrible customer service

    By Idude9997
I had a trial that I used from the Made in America Festival and I had cancelled the subscription well before my account was to be charged. Last month I was charged and requested a refund but it was halfway thru the month so I gave up arguing, again this month I was charged and contacted customer service and they keep saying I am not eligible for a refund. I will be going back to Spotify. They stole 20 dollars.

No problems until trying to enter age. App does not allow me to select my date of birth. I choose my birth month and App rolls back to default. Very frustrating so I deleted App.

Love this music app. Do you guys plan on adding it to the Apple Watch? I use that more then my phone for music.
  • Love the app and quality

Got the membership through my Sprint service. Love the app and the UI and there’s a lot that offers more than Spotify. Only wish, is I’d like to see how Tidal can transfer playlists as I have a TON of playlists on my Spotify account.
  • Best music app - but way too expensive!

    By JoShmo1000
Tidal is amazing! The music selection is by far the biggest. The music suggestions are awesome, and the app is generally great. A few suggestions to help make Tidal better: - Lower the price of HiFi to match your competitors. I know you're offering HiFi, but to stand out and get more subscribers I'd suggest you price match your competitors (Apple Music, Spotify) while still offering HiFi. $20 a month is very expensive for music when you can get Spotify premium for $10. - Add an equalizer. Even with HiFi, given the differences in headphones an equalizer can make a huge difference and optimize the music. It would seem obvious for an app that is focused on music quality to add an equalizer. - Add lyrics to your music. Spotify does this best with genius. Apple Music does it ok. You guys can do it better. Tidal, to me, is the music app that musicians use. I believe they’d want the contribution of their musics story and that’s what lyrics, and the story they come with, can help convey. TLDR: - Tidal is awesome - Match the $10 everyone charges. - Add an equalizer - Add lyrics
  • Misleading

This app is completely useless and way to expensive for music. Honestly the worst app I’ve ever downloaded and complete waste of time not worth it.

I absolutely love Tidal, I’ve had this app since 2015. The new improvements to Tidal are great. I have no complaints. Keep up the good work.
  • Recently played

Thanks Tidal, for fixing the ‘recently played’ bug. Albums now show on iOS. Can we please add a genre radio option?

I have a 5 star. Cause well i have no complaints for free music. I don’t care if there is a little problem. No ads and free music. Hell im all for it! Thank y’all. Keep the app going. I love it!!!
  • I ♥️ Tidal

This is by far the best music streaming app available. The interface is intuitive, the music sounds the best, it has all of my favorite HOV/Rocafella music and it’s not Spotify.
