The app is very unreliable. It routinely stops playing music randomly.

As of late Tidal is glitching a lot and providing a subpar music experience as the app crashes out of nowhere. I’ve been bragging on tidal for 2-3 years now and I’m about to switch to Apple Music due to the crash/glitch problem. Address it or fail. Love you Hov

This app has bugs it needs to fix, tracks in playlists are difficult to delete sometimes and the app won’t allow you delete at all sometimes. This is the same adding tracks, it will sometimes display in a pink bar, cannot add track, or cannot delete track. The shuffling in Tidal is Horrible it doesn’t really shuffle every-time. It shuffles once and sticks to that similar sequence. Too predictable.
  • Excellent UI minus a few factors

I recently subscribed to Tidal Hi-Fi w/ my student discount, so I can stream Tidal tracks in SeratoDJ. Overall, I fw the interface. I wish apple music had a dark mode (and hi-fi streaming too lol). I love how I can sort every section by “Recently Added” and “Alphabetically”, or in the case of Albums, by “Release Date” (extremely useful). There are, however, a couple odd things which could be easily fixed. 1) bring back the original queueing method where when i click on a new song on purpose, or by accident without selecting “play next” or “add to queue”, my queue is still saved. Currently, it is wiped. I believe this was updated pretty recently as I’ve only had Tidal for a month. 2) add 3D Touch support like Apple Music. It makes accessing the track submenu in order to “add to collection” or “add to queue” much quicker.
  • We need a built in music equalizer!!!!

Some of the songs need some base so having a equalizer and being able to change the frequency. It would help out a lot. Please implement a music equalizer.

It was limited back when it came out but it's legit now. Everything from the Solfeggio Frequencies to 2Pac.
  • Free Trial Scam

Don’t do a free trial they’ll still charge you 2 weeks in the free 30 day trial!! Then apple will make up an excuse about free trial policies and etc just so you won’t get your money back!
