    i would like to get rid of my subscription even though i have the 30 days free. i find it dumb how you have to have wifi in order to play any song. again please cancel my subscription so i don’t get charged once my 30 days is up.
  • Music stops

    Every song I play, right in the middle of it it keeps stopping and I have to refresh the app. Then there’s also that not all the music for certain groups are there, or some even are incorrectly placed. It’s so annoying.

    BEWARE!!!! horrible customer service, it actually doesn’t exist. they don’t provide you with a contact number to reach any humans so they literally hide behind their screens and steal your money even if you cancel your free trial and don’t use the service AND on top of that, they continue to charge you even after you write them an email saying to stop. when they finally do respond, they refuse to give you your refund. AND THIS IS WHY YOU MUST STICK TO APPLE MUSIC. customer service is EVERYTHING and you get to speak to humans if there’s an issue, AND if there is an issue w Apple, then they refund you if you’re not at fault!!!

    Why when I add a Album to My Collection it’s not in the Tracks section and only in the Albums section? why should I have to individually add every track too... Same goes with Artists I could add his albums but if I go to my Artists he wouldn’t be there I’d have to add him manually from his page... And why on the Search Tab I can’t also search just the music I have in My Collection why force me to search through Tidals whole catalog

  • Latest Version Has Issues Starting A Stream

    Internet connection is solid to the app but there is a big lag in getting a steam to start. In a playlist it will even not advance track to track Used not to be this way Can this be fixed? Updated August 18 2018. App still not fixed and also is no longer stable with Apple CarPlay Why is Tidal non responsive to tickets? I have been paying $19.99 for over 5 years and now that the app is useless over any device

    I have been a Spotify Premium member for about 3 years now and I received a (free) 90 day trial for Tidal from an online order bundle I purchased from nickiminajqueen.com and figured I would give it a try so I created an account and was asked for my credit card info which is common for a (free) trial and then entered the coupon code I had received and to my surprise I was charged two separate amounts on my credit card one for $90.00 and another for $9.99 my credit card got temporarily shut down for a few day’s because they pinged them as fraudulent charges and had to do an investigation and ended up getting late charges on some bills that were supposed to come out of my autopay so I wouldn’t recommend any one use Tidal or give them your credit card info
