  • No fun left in the game

    By RevelationAdept
Call me old fashioned, but I long for the days before freemiums, and micro transactions, and forced subscriptions for apps that in no way deserve them. Encouraging developers to use these predatory pricing schemes has created a poor marketplace for Iphone users, who aren’t allowed to shop anywhere but the app store. Developers should get paid, customers should get a quality app for their money, and that should be that. Simcity is a beautiful game that’s entirely geared towards taking your money. Once you’ve begun your little city and become emotionally invested in it, the underhanded tactics will begin. Resources will be cut off, progress will be halted, and the specialty items that make your city beautiful will be withheld. Now of course you can still play despite all these setbacks, but I wouldn’t really call it fun. Perhaps you’re like me, you go ahead and drop $15 because you believe developers deserve a paycheck too, and you don’t like being a freeloader. What you’ll discover is that your payment doesn’t change a thing as far as EA is concerned. Your game continues to be a struggle because they want more, always more, and if you pay once, well, that just means maybe you’ll pay again! I’m done. App deleted.
  • Global trade HQ

    By Mo.nkey9816
Your trading headquarters are a joke. I know that people are selling what I need yet you only show crap I don’t need because you don’t want me to succeed as quickly as I should be. This game sets you up to fail
  • Trade HQ

Might as well remove it. Never has anything I need or want in it. Even plastic is rare. Only things I find are spices, which is the only thing. People are spamming spices that never get bought. We should be able to search for materials that we need. Five stars if this happens. Fix by February or I’m deleting.

I logged in today and 2 of my skyscrapers are now abandoned because of “traffic jams” there were 4 cars on my already 6 lane road + the games thinks we are billionaires and makes everything expensive when I have 5k I have to do this for 40k and one thing for 16k

Most frustrating game on the whole planet. For literally every reason under the sun
  • Good but frustrating

The game is enjoyable enough, but it’s very difficult to generate the Simoleons you need to be able to accomplish anything. Developers are clearly trying to force you to spend real money to play.
