WEBTOON: Comics

So we are back to freaking having to log in every two seconds come ooooonnnnnn. It was messed up then fixed and now it’s messed up again and last time this went on for months. Honestly so annoying.

I love this platform and all but every time I get on it, I have to sign back in. Multiple times a day and it gets really annoying! Please fix this soon

I love Webtoons. I love reading all the wonderful stories people write, and being on this app is one of my favorite past times. But recently as I logged on to the app I was logged out of my account. Of course I tried to log back in to my account, but when I attempted to use google to log in Webtoons took me to an entirely new account. I’ve tried multiple times trying to log back in with different emails and going as far to redownload the app, I remained unsuccessful. This glitch has caused me to loose my account and “coins” along with it. I hope that Webtoons can strive to fix this glitch so it doesn’t happen to others.

I love this app, it’s great, it has great stories, it’s very inclusive. And it’s good for getting away from the usual stress the comes from most apps. But I have an issue with the daily pass, I also have a solution for that issue. I’ve been having this issue where I’ll get a notif that I have a daily pass on an episode or I can unlock an episode with an add, and the I go and check it and it’s an episode I’ve already viewed, which feels like a waste of my time and my daily pass. So here’s what I propose, how about you make it so that we are able to choose which episode we unlock with the certain number of granted passes. Like if I’m have a daily pass and three adds I should be allowed to use those daily pass, and adds on whichever chapter I want to unlock and not be forced to wait until the one I want is up. That way you get your money from the adds and I get the chapter I wanted and don’t have to wait an entire month for an episode to be able to be unlocked, cuz guess what I’m broke I can’t pay for coins. Thank you for reading, I hope I get a real response and not just a bot

I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but when it comes to comics that requires a daily pass I’m able to read multiple episodes in one sitting before it randomly stops then I’m unable to read the rest of that comic again…probably best to get rid of that. After all Webtoon already have a coin system and having the daily pass on top of that just seems extra.

Love this app. Has great content. And I don’t very much mind waiting for content to be free.

I paid to get unlock all of the comic, sweet home. However half of the comic is currently locked again and I’m using the limited free daily passes to finish the comic. That’s not okay I paid for it.

Everything is so clearly laid out, easy to navigate and good app design

The app is and has always been pretty great, but recently they use daily passes to unlock episodes. I think they’re a pretty good idea, however, it’s unnecessary having to unlock episodes you already unlocked before ! Sometimes I just forget what happened last episode and I want to re-read the few previous ones, but doing so requires using a daily pass. Then I don’t even get to read the new episode since I already used my passes to refresh my memory. Not all of the webtoons are like these I think it’s only for the ones that are completed. It just feels like a cash grab…. Ugh I hate that feature.
