When a trial subscription is offered, the trial period begins when a member signs up for the subscription through their App Store account. The subscription will be charged on the last day of the trial unless the member cancels at least 24 hours before trial ends.   • Paying for a subscription on an app that doesn’t work.

    This app does not work I receive pings and likes all day that I cannot see even though I pay for the app. It makes no sense.

    I pay for the app, the first month starting in January seemed to have no glitches, starting of February I don’t think my account has even worked. States I get likes but none are appearing. It will glitch to the point the same 2 people who liked me won’t go away on my likes no matter how many times I say no. I haven’t matched with anyone in about a month. It’s a great app but I’m really dissatisfied that I’m paying for a service I can’t even use. Is there anyway this can be fixed?

    So frustrating!!!!!! Yet another update and notifications STILL don’t work. Notifications, among other things, have not worked at all since the major update. I’ve logged out, deleted, reinstalled, all the things, multiple times. Still doesn’t work. 😩

    When I first got on this app last year there weren’t many people around me but it was real people. Now it’s littered with bots and scammers. After the update the app went so far downhill it became worse than craigslist.

    It is unbelievable the amount of fake accounts you run into on this app. It wasn’t always like this, I used it for awhile with this as a minimal problem but now 90% of the people I see are selling “masseuse” services or advertising OF’s or are just blatantly fake accounts trying to scam you into god-knows-what. I’ve even matched and talked with a few people I thought were real and it quickly became evident they were fake. For all you know it could be somebody trying to lure you into an unsafe situation. It’s hard enough to find poly-friendly spaces and now the only one on the internet is filled with so much spam it’s unusable. It would be a great app if not for this issue I think.

  • Glitchy, hiding likes and connections despite being a paid member

    The crashing from several months ago has stopped, which is a blessing. However, the latest glitch I’m receiving is getting notifications that I have a new like and new connections, but I cannot see them in the app itself. Over the past two days, two of those connections that were originally made 2 months ago finally popped up in my connections, but their profiles say they haven’t been online for 2 months. Received three more likes and connections yesterday and today, but still can’t see them. Why am I paying for premium if I can’t connect to anyone?

    The idea behind the app is great, the app is so bad though, crashes all the time and the biggest fault is that you don’t see the likes - you are notified but when opening the app they are just not there… beats the point of having an app to meet people if it doesn’t allow you to. I pay for membership but won’t renew.

  • Used to be great, now absolute garbage

    Feeld used to be an amazing app. Even with its bugs, it still functioned reasonably well. I was happy to pay for the majestic/premium plan and even would by extra Pings every so often. But I’m the last few months this app has become nearly useless. Part of paying for majestic is you get to see your likes. A few months ago I started noticing I would get ‘like’ notifications but wouldn’t be able to see the person. I missed dozens of potential connections. Also makes me wonder how many people are missing my likes. Do Pings even work? The app failed at the singular purpose it was made for, to connect people interested in each other. I spent weeks trying to connect with customer service (they used to be very responsive), but never heard back. Luckily I was able to get a refund. I’ll happily delete this review and start paying for this app again — but they need to fix this major flaw. April 2024: DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP!!! It is essentially a scam at the moment.

    There’s many features I love about this app, including the ability to add a partner to your profile. I just wish it actually showed you your likes that you get notifications for. 😑 It’s difficult to connect with people without the app working properly.

    This is how you ruin a good thing. It’s been at least two weeks since I’ve been swiping left on several members who have liked me, yet they still appear in my likes. I don’t see new likes for several days. Please address this stuff because it’s maddening.
