When a trial subscription is offered, the trial period begins when a member signs up for the subscription through their App Store account. The subscription will be charged on the last day of the trial unless the member cancels at least 24 hours before trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the member purchases a subscription. To cancel the Membership, members must cancel directly through their App Store account. Cancellations begin at the end of the current subscription period.     I was so happy to find an app where I could connect with like-minded people. Sadly after about 2 months of use, the app has all of the glitches that people are referring to in reviews - notification for matches and messages but nothing in the app when I see it, messages do not load and unable to view pings when I receive them. The worst part is that there are thousands of reviews pointed to the same errors and seemingly no concerted efforts by the dev team to fix them or the PR team to acknowledge they exist. Such a failure to launch it is sad.

    If the app store allowed for zero stars, this app would get it. It is the most glitchy app I have ever had the misfortune of using. They push out updates that never address the debilitating problems that plague this app. The bot and scammer accounts have taken over the app and the makers have done absolutely nothing to deter or filter these profiles out. The app should be pulled from the app store and the developers should be sued for negligence.

    This app used to work fine, but for at least a month now I’ve been getting “like” notifications, only to open the app and have the same few people in my likes list. I’ve probably gotten over ten likes that haven’t shown up. I even wasted $25 on Majestic because I thought maybe those users were hidden or something and it didn’t do anything.

    I love the idea of feeld and the people in there but there are so many glitches with the app. I cannot see anyone who likes me therefore there is no reason to be on this app.

    This app used to work so well, the premium felt worth it. Now I’m not sure who the app has been acquired by but they’ve switched their branding and lost a lot of character for a default millennial chrome and gradient aesthetic that feels impersonal and distant from what their brand used to be. I really miss the old logo that represented a polycule. Additionally they’ve announced a future focus on events but haven’t announced any events which feels crazy, because I’m in the Bay Area and I feel like a Feeld event would be easy to organize here. In addition to the brand changes the app doesn’t function like it used to. I purchased premium despite the price going up against my better judgement and the premium platform was not provided, though I have a premium subscription according to Apple, additionally customer support is nowhere to be found in the 12 hours since I opened my support ticket… Save your money until they work out the kinks.

    Every time I enter my email, I click on the link in my inbox which redirects me to the App Store, the app is already downloaded, I click open, it directs me to the app to have my logins resent via email.. I click on the email link which takes me back to the App Store.. it’s an ongoing circle, I’ve contacted support SEVERAL times over the last 7 weeks and haven’t gotten anywhere

    This app seems to have become a solely a place for bots, "masseuses", and people looking to get Onlyfans subscribers. It's very frustrating to use and see the plethora of fake accounts.
  • Great idea ruined by poor execution and customer service

    I’ve bee a proponent of Feeld and recommended it to several friends. The app has historically had some crashing issues, phone compatibility challenges (on android), etc. They improved it somewhat with the latest release so from a performance perspective I think it’s heading in the right direction. However, their customer service is non-existent or woefully inadequate. I was a Majestic member for two years, and recently was locked out of my account with no explanation. I have attempted to open multiple support tickets through their portal and email, and have not yet received a single response in over two weeks. I am still unable to login. I have since canceled my subscription as I do not want to pay for an app I cannot use. The customer service, or lack thereof, has led me to discourage my friends from using the app. I ran a customer support division within a company larger than Feeld, with much higher stakes, so I understand how challenging it can be to provide good responsive support. The clear lack of effort and prioritization of their customer support should be worrisome for anyone considering using a private app especially one that may contain sensitive information or images. I will update this review if I ever receive a response, just to give the full picture, not to change the review score.
