    This would honestly be great if it supported dark mode like every other modern messaging app. It does on Android but I guess not in this app. Also as of 10/20/23 Verizon removed the add GIF option from all version of the app which means it's lacking behind the competition when it comes to a basic feature.

    I followed the directions sent a text for teh code and once I insert the code I get Internal Server error. This app does not work, please fix as I need to use this on my laptop.

    With Verizon discontinuing their web based messaging platform at Verizon.com, they are pushing Mac users to this app. For the past several months, on all computers I have used, I have been unable to install this app due to an "internal server error" after entering the code. While I have used this app in the past, and it would crash regularly, after getting new MBP (2021) it refuses to install/open/connect. I am disapointed in the quality of this app and its usability. And if Verizon wants to promote this as the alternative, it NEEDS SIGNIFICANT WORK!

    This app has a lot of bugs. After a day, the messages quit syncing with the Mobile app. I tried disconnecting the device and reconnectiing and still no syncing. The contacts quit syncing, too. The web version is being deprecated on 12/11/2023, so the only alternative is the this Desktop version, which is junk.

    I jumped through all these weird hoops which honestly felt fake to only get an internal server error when i finally put in the text generated code sent to my phone. Just let me use google messages.

    This is working on mojave. I disconnected the app. Reinstalled & set up as new. Had tp put my cell # in and get a 6 digit number from verizon. After doing that it worked for me. For how long who knows. It took them close to 3 months to fix this. Shows their lack of customer support. EDIT: Pure garbage. Messages sometimes send other times don't Get "sending" message. Have to close & reopen app. On an new M2 MBAir & it is still awful. Verizon needs a total redo of the app. Great concept awful execution.
