    I tried first the app for free and I hoped to get enough information Now I paid the 4.99$ and I’am a little disappointed because there is not much more to learn I think to use this for free is enough to know

    It automatically detects when you go to sleep as if by magic. You can note your mood upon waking up and associate it with your sleeping data, which includes when you were awake, in light sleep, deep sleep, and REM. You can cross your charts with Dara like heart rate vs sleep cycle. I would like it if it allowed me to create a chart of data with sleep time vs wake up mood so I can see how long I actually need to sleep to wake up refreshed. You can also import data from the health app including caffeine, alcohol, and calorie consumption, weight, and steps. It’s nearly a perfect app, and I highly recommend it for use with your Apple Watch.

    I really like how it can measure how you sleep, I think that really goes to show how futuristic we’ve become. It’s also cool how you can adjust the settings. I also really like the alarm, it is so soothing to listen to. The sleep measurement is so detailed. But, I don’t like how you have to pay for the most important features, like napping features, especially measuring overall sleep over the course of months. I mean that’s the whole reason why I got it in the first place, to measure how my sleep pattern was like for months! Im annoyed you have to pay for that feature =_=.

  • Mandatory Alarm?! That goes off randomly.

    By default the alarm goes off. You MUST set an alarm time, and there is not way to turn it off. I NEVER want an alarm to go off. If there is a way to turn it off, it is so unintuitive and poorly designed that the app is the only reason I cannot sleep. *This robbed my of my sleep on numerous occasions by an integrated alarm that is undefeatable.

    One tip.... for the first week, manually start the sleep on your watch. Then try autodetect sleep. The first night, I let the app detect my sleep and only recorded 2 hours of sleep. I the manually started and stopped my sleep for about a week. Last night, I didn’t have my glasses so I let the app autodetect my sleep and I assume it has learned my sleep pattern enough that it accurately detected my sleep.

    I used it for a while, and everything worked. However in the recent times for some weird reason the alarm doesn't ring and it does not track my sleep
  • Decent app/few annoying features

    I downloaded the free version thought it was half decent so paid for the full version. Thought it would be worth it to get the alarm and more sounds. But I learned you Cannot use the sounds or alarm while in automatic mode. To remember to turn it on when I go to bed is annoying. I should have paid more attention and I would have not paid for the full version. What is the point in having a sleep tracker if it does not have an alarm to wake you up at the appropriate times??
