  • Intro video sped

    The app is good however the intro video is so fast and does not speak to you you have to read everything so you end up having to watch it a couple times.Had they slowed down the video it would save a little time by not have to rewatch it

    I love this app, and use it almost every night to track my sleep. I think it does a great job and the accuracy is pretty on point especially if you have a smart watch to go with it. I will say I am an avid sleep talker, and I am a little weird and like to hear what I say! I know weird. Most sleep talkers do not remember what we say, and sometimes it’s nice to know I’m just talking about rainbows and not about scary crazy things! Anyway, when they record anything and everything or every time I move(I have a sleep disorder that causes this) it makes tons of recordings to go through. It would be nice if the app could recognize actual speaking audio over muffled moving around audio!!!!
  • Inaccurate “time to sleep” and awake timing

    After purchasing the premium version and giving it several months, I’ve found this app to be inaccurate on the following things: tracking the time it takes me to fall asleep and if I wake up in the night. The time to sleep tracking seems to have two main times: 10 min and 40 min. There is no way I fall asleep in exactly 10 min 90% of the time. My middle of the night wake-up times have been tracked 1x out of dozens. I’m using my Apple Watch to track. I’ve used other tracking devices/tools in the past and found them much more accurate with their built-in sleep tracking. I’ve reset my device, I’ve gone through troubleshooting and it’s still inaccurate. So disappointed.

  • It’s alright

    I had another sleep tracker that suddenly stopped being updated but it was great otherwise I got pillow and it’s ok but doesn’t do as good a job waking me up at my optimal sleep time. I don’t have an Apple Watch, and I didn’t with the other app either, but it was much more accurate. I wake up just as sleepy with this app than without. It also took a week for the snooze lab to tell me I wake up early (lol I know, I set my alarm early for that reason). I wish it better predicted when to wake me up because that’s what I wanted the app for, not to listen to me move around all night in 10 second bursts.

    Unclear how accurate this is at a 9% REM sleep. I would recommend telling us what sleep quality means and how to improve it. After using sleep analysis on a Fitbit to this on my Apple Watch, fitbit’s at least had benchmarks to compare our different cycles of sleep to. I don’t need compounded data for all the sleeps I’ve ever had, just how to maximize my current sleep, what sleep quality means, how to improve it, which kind of sleep I'm lacking.
