    I cannot stop talking about this app! I have exercised religiously 4-5 times per week since I6 years old (thats over 2 decades people) and I cannot get enough of this app. I use it at the gym for ab training, indoor cardio and strength training. I use it at home for stretching, yoga or bodyweight full body work. The workouts are effectively making me sore again! I love that I can choose my workouts based on the time that I have which is important for a busy mom. The calorie counts at the end of the workouts are very motivating. I usually treat myself to a few personal training sessions at the start of a new year, but I chose this app instead. So glad that I did. Keep the new workouts and variety coming aaptiv!!!

    I absolutely hate running on a treadmill but this app has helped make it fun and enjoyable. I love how the mix and coach are right there keeping you on pace. Will definitely be making the purchase once the free trial runs out!!
  • Scammers!!

    I signed up for a free trial and followed the directions on the website to cancel for an iPhone before the trial was over. I was then charged $99.99 for an annual membership and they refuse to give me a refund! Outrageous !! This is a horrible company and I would not recommend this app to anyone!
  • Great to motivate

    I find the trainers really helpful at motivating me when I’m spinning. I like being able to pick and choose what workout I do based on my mood. I just wished that for the strengthening, abs, and stretches that there were examples of each exercise bc some of the directions are hard to follow if your new to exercising.

    I don’t tend to use these kind of apps for long, and when it costs money it’s a real risk but I feel that this could be worth while! It is very motivational and it’s helping my overall form and desire to keep working out!
