    DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP they were not trying to give me my winnings I won on new years because of some update that’s locks you out of your account if you don’t have the first number you made with the account and now just recently I made a new account under my girlfriends information just to tryn to get back to betting.. I won and the deleted her account and still haven’t giving me my money yet. I reached out to customer support and the main HQ and no response. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS CRAP!!!

    Be careful with this app. I used a rivers gift card one time with this app and months later I hit a jack pot and now they refuse to pay me my winnings , the only time I have ever tried to cash out . They want photos of it . They refuse to admit their mistake and now I am out a lot of $$$$. The customer service is a joke . They will take your money all day instantly , when you win and want to collect they make you provide information in my case that does not exist. Now i am stuck in limbo. Absolutely horrible customer service .

    Well, I loved playing certain games and then all of a sudden the games were unable to be opened. When I reached out they gave me a few tips which didn’t help. Very disappointed

    I love the Casino4fun. But one issue is that it will not rotate on my iPhone. I can’t play all the games and I am not able to collect the bonuses due to the fact you have to rotate your phone to play. But some games you do not have to turn the phone and those are great!!

    They recently ran a promo for the super bowl that you would get $55 in free bets (five bets if $11) if you bet $55 on the super bowl. I made this bet and received the first $11 bet then was told that marketing took away the promo. I asked why and was not given a response as marketing is outsourced. Either give me a refund on the $55 bet I made, or give me a reason for why you are not honoring your promo. There are a lot of casino apps, your better off going with Hollywood Casino or Draftkings (or really anyone else). They all offer the same games, at least the other casinos have good customer service.

    Rivers refuses to follow their more classy competition with below market app and doesn’t even have a Sportsbook app. Also refused to void the Purdue straight ML ticket vs Minnesota due to the horrendous call after their entire competition voided it ( DraftKings, FanDuel, and Pointsbet). I will never give them another dime and I’d advise you to do the same. Reminder you can’t even find an app you have to use a web browser on your phone like it’s 5-10 years ago. Highly recommend you take your money elsewhere

    The geolocation they use is horrible. Very inconsistent. Forced my friends and I to use fox’s bet to place wagers.
